I loved this place when it was Serenity. Most of the original stylists are gone. I live in Florida now, made an appointment almost 2 months ahead of my trip back to Denver for full color and highlites to cover my white roots and also wanted a cut. I took in a picture of how I wanted it cut. My stylist did highlite my hair but didn't color my hair or white roots and kept telling me she wanted to try a style on me just trimming my hair!! Now my hair is curly and I never wear it straight but she insisted she just "wanted to show me what she thought I might like'. So she straightened my hair and again she still had not colored the roots. After asking her to cut my hair like the picture and she finally conceded she doesn't like to cut hair but she loves to highlight hair!!!! I could not believe what she said! After 2 1/2 hours of a trim and some foils and 150.00 I left and was so disappointed with what the outcome was. I was ask to give a review I explained this mess and no one ever contacted me about this. I had to fly back to Florida other wise I would have gone back to speak to the owner, she was not there at that time. I cannot give the name of this stylist because I had always loved Serenity but they seem to have hired a person that should not be in this shop, maybe a better fit for great clips or Super cuts.

After avoiding the salon for over a year due to previous negative experiences, I figured I'd finally give it a try with Serenity. I had issues booking to start and missed an evening appointment which I was promptly called and charged a deposit for future appointment. The stylist was nice but I wonder if I threw her off with explaining my past negative experiences. She offered good product options which i spent over 160 for at time of service. She asked where I part my hair then proceeded not to part my hair. She didn't check my cut for being even...my left side is longer...but good thing I have curly hair to hide it I guess. She then applied a couple products post cut then had me apply one myself (seriously) then didn't offer or attempt to style it, part it and even said...I'm too scared to defuse your hair. I would have gotten more attention to detail at Supercuts. For a $50 haircut I'll try my luck back at my previous salon where I typically left feeling like I had been pampered and properly styled vs. A wet mop.

I went to see Tiffany at Serenity waited a month for my appointment. No problem. Yet I cannot believe how disappointed I was to say the least. She highlighted my hair as well as “Creative Color” I was charged 300$ dollars for my hair color to literally wash out the next time I washed it. Every part that was highlighted is breaking off with split ends everywhere !! Even the dark so called permanent color on my roots washed out ! Ridiculous! Over priced and under talented !

I don't really like like getting my haircut, but Tiffany a.k.a. TR is the best thing to happen to my hair. Even when I'm not exactly sure how much I want cut off or how I want it to look, she "gets it" and nails it every time. Plus, she has such a beautiful heart and great personality - it feels like a friend doing my hair. Book a service with TR - you will be happy that you did! Thank you TR!

I have had a lot of facials in my day, but the best one I have ever had was from Nicole at the Guest House Beauty Loft. Not only did it feel amazing on my face, the scalp and hand massage felt incredible as well. My skin feels smooth and hydrated. I am looking forward to my next one, which is already booked! Thank you Nicole!!

I am so incredibly disappointed. I've been a customer of Serenity and the Guest House for many years. I have a gift card that I have not used from Serenity Salon and was told today that they would no longer honor it, so my elderly mother who purchased this has now wasted her money. The same values such as customer appreciation and loyalty that Serenity Salon had, do no seem to have carried over in the transition and I won't be returning. My husband also gets his hair cut here and we will be finding a new salon that values their long-term customers.

I have just recently seen Nicole for a facial and then microneedling, and I can't say enough positive about my experience. The facility is beautifully decorated, and Nicole's salon a very calming environment. Nicole is an exceptional professional, explaining each step and products used. She really spent alot of time with me, both during the facial and the microneedling. I was a little leery of the microneedling process, but she explained all that would happen in depth and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt amazing after both visits, and plan to see her again very soon. I highly recommend that you check out Nicole, and all the ways she can make you look and feel more beautiful!!!

The shop itself is really nice and relaxing. The only thing about is the stylist gave me what is basically a bowl cut. I had asked for curtain bangs so here’s hoping it doesn’t look awful for prom this weekend.
