DO
NOT
GO
TO
THIS
PRACTICE!
Went
in
for
a
routine
cleaning
and
it
took
the
hygienist
2
hours
to
do
the
pre-cleaning
imaging.
They
over-ordered
imaging
not
necessary
(panoramic
x-rays,
bite
x-rays,
and
photos
of
my
mouth).
FINALLY
was
seen
by
the
DDS
and
was
told
I
have
10
cavities.
Really?!
I've
had
two
cavities
my
entire
life
and
have
never
changed
my
practice/routine
and
now
you're
telling
me
I've
developed
10
of
them
in
one
year
since
my
last
cleaning?!
Also,
when
testing
my
dental
pocket
depths,
they
hygienist
was
constantly
giving
me
5's
and
7's.
So
basically
you're
saying
I
have
a
raging
case
of
gingivitis
or
periodontitis?!
Since
the
hygienist
took
so
long
taking
the
images,
they
did
not
have
time
to
clean
my
teeth
(utter
waste
of
time
for
everyone).
At
checkout,
they
came
up
with
a
"treatment
plan"
for
my
supposed
10
cavities.
Once
again
over-ordering
of
treatment
that
would
NOT
be
covered
for
by
insurance
to
the
tune
of
$785...this
was
only
for
my
lower
left
side
of
my
mouth!
This
place
is
a
money
pit
that
abuses
the
medical/insurance
system
to
cash
in
on
uninformed
paying
patients.
Long
story
short,
I
went
back
to
my
previous
dentist
to
get
a
second
opinion
about
the
many
cavities
I
supposedly
now
have.
The
imaging
Station
Dental
took
were
unreadable
as
they
were
incredibly
blurry
and
poor
quality.
My
DDS
re-took
X-rays
and
what
do
you
know....I
have
ZERO
cavities.
Lastly,
these
5's
and
7's
on
my
dental
pockets
were
a
total
sham.
My
DDS
was
only
recording
3
as
a
max
depth
for
my
entire
mouth.
The
station
dental
doc
and
hygienist
I
had
clearly
do
not
know
what
they
are
doing.
In
all,
If
you
want
to
get
taken
to
the
cleaners
by
a
total
money
hungry
practice,
then
be
my
guest.
However,
I
would
steer
clear
of
this
place
or
any
other
corporate
dental
practice.
Although
they
are
not
being
fraudulent
with
the
insurance
companies,
they
are
being
dishonest
to
their
patients
with
everything
from
the
charges
to
their
diagnosis.
