😠 Came in as a new patient. I waited in the chair for an hour anxiously, and by the time the dentist came, she didn't have time for a cleaning. I was told I would need 12 fillings, but I was never shown my xrays. They seem drill happy to me, and I left feeling horrible about myself after the standard... Came in as a new patient. I waited in the chair for an hour anxiously, and by the time the dentist came, she didn't have time for a cleaning. I was told I would need 12 fillings, but I was never shown my xrays. They seem drill happy to me, and I left feeling horrible about myself after the standard dentist grilling about flossing and brushing. I'm definitely going to get a second opinion from a dentist who will show me my xrays and approach dental care with a bit more compassion.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! Went in for a routine cleaning and it took the hygienist 2 hours to do the pre-cleaning imaging. They over-ordered imaging not necessary (panoramic x-rays, bite x-rays, and photos of my mouth). FINALLY was seen by the DDS and was told I have 10 cavities. Really?! I've had two cavities my entire life and have never changed my practice/routine and now you're telling me I've developed 10 of them in one year since my last cleaning?! Also, when testing my dental pocket depths, they hygienist was constantly giving me 5's and 7's. So basically you're saying I have a raging case of gingivitis or periodontitis?! Since the hygienist took so long taking the images, they did not have time to clean my teeth (utter waste of time for everyone). At checkout, they came up with a "treatment plan" for my supposed 10 cavities. Once again over-ordering of treatment that would NOT be covered for by insurance to the tune of $785...this was only for my lower left side of my mouth! This place is a money pit that abuses the medical/insurance system to cash in on uninformed paying patients. Long story short, I went back to my previous dentist to get a second opinion about the many cavities I supposedly now have. The imaging Station Dental took were unreadable as they were incredibly blurry and poor quality. My DDS re-took X-rays and what do you know....I have ZERO cavities. Lastly, these 5's and 7's on my dental pockets were a total sham. My DDS was only recording 3 as a max depth for my entire mouth. The station dental doc and hygienist I had clearly do not know what they are doing. In all, If you want to get taken to the cleaners by a total money hungry practice, then be my guest. However, I would steer clear of this place or any other corporate dental practice. Although they are not being fraudulent with the insurance companies, they are being dishonest to their patients with everything from the charges to their diagnosis.

If ambience is important, this office is decorated with a gorgeous rustic mountain feel (large rough posts and rock walls, and gorgeous mountain photos). The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The receptionist whose name was Doriann (I think) said she doesn't normally work in that location but was filling in. The office where she usually works is fortunate to have her on staff. She was enthusiastically welcoming. I have had horrific experiences with dentistry the past couple of dentists I went to and developed PTSD from the most recent one over a year ago (hence the long gap before trying again.) I was very anxious going into the office but the atmosphere and staff put me at ease. The dental assistant (or hygienist, not sure of her title) was considerate in taking the x-rays as quickly as possible because I have large torii and bite-wings cause a lot of pain for me. The dentist, Dr. Pryor, was fantastic. Again, very sensitive and considerate making it as comfortable as possible under the circumstances (my freakishness being the circumstance.) I highly recommend this dentist. I'm giving them 5 stars because for most people, this place is a perfect as a dental clinic can be. My only (very mild) gripe: I wish they had updated technology for x-rays. Panoramic systems are superior but not many dentists have accepted this system yet due to misconceptions about clarity of the images. But with today's technology, those concerns are unfounded (in my unprofessional opinion based on research.) Panoramic systems reduce x-ray exposure, are far more comfortable for the patient, and provide much broader coverage for greater mouth cancer screening. Otherwise, a really great experience for someone with dental anxiety.

VERY IMPRESSED with Station Dental. Chris was very helpful on the phone. He answered all of my questions about the dental office, took his time to answer thoroughly, and was very professional and polite when I came into the office for the first time. I have a lot of anxiety about dental offices that comes from terrible past experiences at other dental offices. I told the dental assistant, Ilana, that I was anxious and she told me that she would take great care of me....and she did! I was incredibly impressed. She talked me through everything she was doing. She was incredibly caring and kind as she asked me what she could do to help calm me. She turned on the massaging dental chair and asked if I would like to have a blanket or music. She found beautiful peaceful music and scenary from Switzerland. She was the BEST dental assistant I have ever had (and I have had many!) It was very apparent that she cares about her patients and is passionate about her job. I was so impressed with her. She treated me like I was a family member- making sure to give me the very best care. She also validated my anxiety about the dentist. She listened to me explain why I get anxious and she remembered that throughout the exam, as she asked me how I was doing several times and told me that we could stop at any moment. She truly was fantastic. I loved the atmosphere of the office as well. It was very warm and cozy and reminded me of a cabiin in the mountains. The beautiful mural was wonderful to look at while sitting in the chair. It was peaceful. I never in a million years would have ever believed those words would come from me...but it is true! I am actually excited to go back because the staff are so nice and caring. I am looking forward to a relaxing trip to the dentist! If you have anxiety around the dentist- Station Dental, Highlands Ranch is the perfect dental office for you! It almost feels too good to be true! Very impressed. Thank you, Station Dental! You all are amazing and have changed the way I few the dentist for the rest of my life! Thank you!! I am going in tomorrow to get some work done and am not anxious at all. My husband is so amazed. After hearing me talk about Station Dental, he has decided to switch dentists as well! :)

I had a great experience at Station Dental, Highlands Ranch. Dr. Ramesh and the hygienist Marina were outstanding. Dr. Ramesh was knowledgeable and caring, explaining everything thoroughly. The hygienist was gentle and meticulous. The office was well-organized, appointments were punctual, and the staff, from reception to assistants, was courteous. I highly recommend this office for their excellent care and professionalism.

I barley ever write reviews, I also barley ever go to the Dentist cause of the Anxiety I get from the thought. Thankfully I found Station Dental, right away the vibe in the waiting room is very relaxing( which is very important to me) and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr.Pryor did a fantastic job on my root canal and my filling. The last place I went to couldn’t get me numb, Dr. Pryor got it first shot (no pun intended) she was very detailed and didn’t make me feel bad for not being good at flossing, she is a amazing dentist and a great provider

Had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. They went through each step with me and were highly professional. Was presented the treatment and cost before hand so I knew what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket costs would be. Definitely a recommend.

Not sure what’s going on here but I’d start your dental journey somewhere else if you can. I have been overcharged 3 for 3 visits. Never can get a hold of a human for the refunds. Took 4 efforts to get a refund check for 40% of what I was supposed to get. Back to square one to get money returned. I waited in the chair for over 45 minutes for a routine cleaning that took less than 20 minutes. I think this is a training facility because all the technicians are a revolving door.
