First time I have ever tried this restaurant. The mobile app was very easy to navigate. When I walked in to pick up my order, the gentleman behind the counter was very kind and spoke to me as I entered the store, a rarity indeed. And then the flat bread, BLTA was simply amazing

First time trying here. Will be my last! Placed online order and went to go pick it up. I walked through the door and didn’t notice where to pick up since it was my first time. The gal working didn’t say hi or anything and I told her I was there to pick up an order. Told her my name and she rudely said it was at the “to-go” area and she pointed to it. She acted like I was an inconvenience because I was there and asked a simple question. Geez lady, no need to be so freaking rude to me! If you enjoy rude employees, come here! I’m never, ever coming back to this place again! First time, also my last time! Is that how you like to treat paying customers?! Food wasn’t even that good! Waste of money for bad service and overpriced food!

I've seen this chain before but never stopped. So we were in the area and decided to give it a try. The service was good, quick and the people welcoming. The food was good but not special. It was a decent sandwich but not one I'd drive across town for. I think of it like a McDonalds for sandwiches. Good but not great

I ordered for picked up at 12 at the one in lone tree Colorado, park meadows area, where Home Depot at. I came before 1130 since it’s my break so when I came I asked the older man if hi he said he is manager then he said go to that girl, go to the line and asked the lady who piled the kind of bread( first who asked you about the order) then she said she has 2 order in front of me so after that she will make my bread as soon as possible. Took them 30 minutes. I asked the manager. He then started to argue with me and kept saying u order at noon and told me you didn’t wait for 30 minutes. The fact that this is my lunch hour of course I know and I time it too. And for a manager to start arguing and called me a lier about the time is unacceptable. Unfortunately I ordered to go again at 4 today 10/ 25 / 23 later today I had already paid so gotta pick it up but this is my last time to deal with un professional and un productive peeps. So sad the company hired a manager like him and the lady who first didn’t say sorry because she heard what I said didn’t owned her mistake is the biggest down fall in my eyes.

These people are amazing! The general manager makes sure the customers are happy and to make sure it’s all clean. You don’t break the bank with a good sandwich but you also don’t break your belt! Definitely suggest everyone to come try this place. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and the pickles are amazing and the Bigs Meatball is a classic. If you want to try to be healthy, the also have this one sandwich to die for called the mushroom melt, where it’s mushrooms, Swiss, provolone, and cheddar! Bring the fam here when you can.

I was late to pick up my online order and they remade everything when I arrived just to make sure we had fresh food. Love the sandwiches and customer service!

Y'all have dethroned my previous favorite sandwich shop so far (they were fav for like I think over a decade). Look forward to many great meals.

My Mediterranean chicken sandwich was unique. Great mix of flavors. The staff where helpful and offered suggestions on condiments and toppings. The only gripe was they did not have black olives.
