Great spot! Pros: awesome food. Wonderful service. Delicious drinks. Great atmosphere. Valet parking options. Not over priced. (Get the pork chop!) Cons: we went on a weekday evening, wouldn't consider it busy. But they put another couple in the 2 person table literally next to us (2 ft away..shares a bench on 1 side). Seriously guys.. lots of empty table options. All in all I would go back Cool spot (Business casual dress)

I had a wonderful timing dining at Corinne. My server was Annette and she was so incredibly sweet. She made great recommendations especially for the cocktail I wound up going with. Very attentive to service and since I was dining alone it was nice to chat with her throughout my meal. The food was excellent - I shared my items on social media and had a lot of people responding with their interest in visiting. I would definitely return.

The restaurant is part of the AC Hotel and Le Meridian hotel group and for a hotel restaurant I thought it was really good. I did the 3-course meal and took carrots as the appetizer and they can with toasted sunflower seeds which was a good touch. The dish was really good and I recommend if you enjoy grilled carrots. My main course was the Ora Salmon with broccolini and the salmon was great quality of fish and nicely prepared. My dessert was the bread pudding and that was large and delicious. Our waitress Annette was awesome. Definitely give the restaurant a try if you are in the area. Price wise I would say the restaurant is a $$$-$$$$.

The food here was good overall . The calamari was flavorless as was the dipping sauce. The pork chop was good but if you’re afraid of pink meat this is not for you. I appreciate a medium chop. The chicken was good. The bread pudding was delicious.

Excellent ! A menu that combines healthy ingredients and taste. We had the cheese sandwiches and added avocado, bacon and tomato. As an appetizer The Crab bites were delicious and enough to share! Definitely a place to go back and experience their other unique combinations. Service was impeccable!

Corinne is a fantastic place for lunch, really close to lots of hotels in the area. Really stands above other restaurants in the area. During our visit, to start we had the Crab Croquettes which were really nice. Good flavor and not dry. Next I had the Brush Creek Wagyu Burger. VERY good. Perfectly cooked and the additions of bacon and egg are welcome and tasty options. Overall, Corrinne is a great lunch place that I'll be coming back to when I'm in the area.

Amazing restaurant! The food was delicious, I had the bone-in pork chop and it is the best I've ever had. The crab croquettes we had for an appetizer and were so good, I would get them every time. The drinks we got were an old fashioned and whiskey sour (Bee Keeper) and they were very good, but strong. My only complaint is the service was slow but the waiter was very friendly and answered all of our questions we had. The pricing is a little on the high side, but I believe you get what you pay for in this case, I will definitely return!

We had our early light dinner here. We sat at the bar. Order our drinks and appetizers plus dinner at the bar. Our server plus the bartender Craig is amazing, he made the best drink and he's very attentive. Delicious food. Awesome vibe. Yummy cocktail. Had so much fun.

Do your tastebuds a favor and come through to this delightful restaurant! A melting pot of delicious food, vibrant ambiance, and warm service. The best pancakes I ever ate are at this restaurant! This place has to be the shining star of breakfast. I know you might frown at this but the chicken sausage were divine. We had Annette for a waitress and she was a darling. Thank you Annette for being so kind to these sisters from Florida and providing us with amazing service, great food recommendations, and suggestions on how to navigate the streets and parking of Denver. We will definitely be back before we leave! 😍🥰💜

Matthew, our server, was outstanding. He was professional and attentive. The manager also stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal and time. This is a great place to come before going to the theater. If you are coming here strictly to eat, let your server know so dishes coming out are paced a bit slower. The menu is not inspirational, but all food was executed properly. My dining partner actually liked that the menu was straightforward and not so creative. The crab croquettes were so light with great flavor. Salmon was perfectly prepared and the diver scallops were divine. We shared the bread pudding. I wish there was more bread pudding and less sweet with less ice cream, but we ate all of it. My biggest beef was the lukewarm coffee. Please buy a “real” coffee machine and use high end beans. Throw away the pump action coffee maker.

Overall, would be willing to come back and try another meal. We came during breakfast hours and it was pretty busy, which ultimately impacted the speed of service but it was not his fault. He was very attentive, and ensured we were satisfied when he was able to check in. The overall ambiance is top tier, enjoyed sitting on the patio and would hope to get the same server again!

My wife and I stayed at the AC hotel while attending a conference at the convention center. On our first day we stopped in Corrine for the convenience, but kept going back for the food. My first time there I got the Chicken Tinga and went back the next three days in a row to enjoy it again and again. It’s truly a perfect dish with its blend of high protein, a lot of spice, and a well balanced flavor profile. Each day was as good as the day before it. The biscuits are equally fantastic, and the one time we went for dinner the Wagu burger was one of the best ever. My only complaint is the service was inconsistent. Three times the food came quickly, but twice we did wait a little longer than expected. But the servers were all nice and did the best they could considering the delays. Coming from Philadelphia, we have our share of quality food, and Corrine was easily on par or better. And considering the quality, the price was more than reasonable. It’s worth giving it a try if you’re in downtown Denver.

Great dinner spot to relax and unwind with a couple of cocktails. The food was good, I think the bone in pork chop got be a little bit more tender and juicy rather than a bit drier but overall it was good. The server was super nice and chill. Table was clean throughout the night after all of our dishes.

Absolutely incredible night for my 30th birthday. Sau & Elizabeth made the night perfect from start to finish, they were so kind and friendly and the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant in years. Food was delicious and extremely flavorful. Music and atmosphere was perfect!!

Corinne became my cantine. I came for lunch, brunch and dinner many times now. The service is always very pleasant and the food amazing. The Point Judith Calamari and the fresh Oysters are my favorite appetizers! The Ora King Salmon is really tasty as well as the scallops! It is in my opinion the best place for brunch in town too! The pancakes with the bourbon maple syrup is my fav! Don’t forget to taste the Croque Madame ;)

Tonight , my dining experience was a mixed bag. The meal itself was delightful, featuring a wonderful array of flavors and expertly prepared dishes. However, a notable downside occurred with the beverages. We were recommended drinks by the staff, which we assumed were reasonable replacements for our initial choices. Unfortunately, these drinks were priced at $27 each, a surprise that we only discovered upon receiving the bill. This cost amounted to a third of our total meal expense, casting a shadow over an otherwise enjoyable evening. It's a reminder to always inquire about prices before accepting staff suggestions, especially when replacements are offered for your original order. While the food was excellent, this experience with the drinks was a letdown.

We ordered the spicy tuna bruschetta, salmon, pork chop and key lime pie. All was delicious, the must get was the spicy tuna starter and highly recommend Payton as your server. She was knowledgeable and offered great service and recommendations.

This place was very good, I went here for my birthday dinner earlier this month. I would be interested to go back for brunch one day. Service was excellent and our server was super attentive and friendly. She also hooked me up with a free bread pudding dessert for my birthday! I thought the burger was super juicy and tasty and I also enjoyed the scallops.

We had an excellent anniversary dinner at Corinne! It was our first time there and we’ll definitely be back. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was cozy. Sau was our host and Christian was our server and they were so attentive. Also — the bread was a must-have!!!

Service was excellent. I believe our server was Matthew. Food was tasty. Pork chop was best meal. Brussels were great. Halibut was good but dry. Calamari was very good. Recommend this restaurant.

Maybe I came at a bad time (during lunch on a Monday), but service wasn't very good. I had to ask the hostess for my waitress to put in my order. It was strange because the restaurant was completely empty and not busy at all. I'm assuming the waitress was doing something in the back, but we were seated and waiting for quite a while before I had to bother the hostess. We also finished the water at our table pretty early on, but she didn't refill it or change out for another bottle until the very end when she showed up to give us our check. Regarding the food, the crab croquettes were amazing. It had a good crunchy shell with a delicious creamy center. The sandwiches and french fries were good but nothing spectacular to make me come back specifically for them. I'd say give this restaurant a try if you'd like to try a fancy upscale place, but I personally wouldn't.

Had a very nice pre-theater dinner here. Our waiter was very friendly and took his time explaining the menu. He was also attentive but not obtrusive. The food is very good. We had the Burrata appetizer with apricots, almonds and mint with in house bread. It was very luxurious and sweet/salty combo is balanced well. My wife had the kale and apple salad and added chicken. It was good, not great. I had the salmon which was cooked to temperature I asked and the sauce and lentils were both excellent. We were too full for dessert. It is a good hotel restaurant and much better than others I've been to. Go if you get a chance.

We went here for our date night the appetizers are delicious the drinks taste amazing fresh in the palate. The atmosphere was great we had the three course meal. The actual dinner was okay I had the rigatoni pasta needed more depth. My husband’s steak was really good but the fries were subpar. All in all good experience. Great service.

First our waitres Mrs. ANETTE Was awesome! She checked in on us and topped off our waters. Not once did i have an empty water glass. For me that is what I appreciate from a server! The food was amazing! Had the 3 meal course and everything about it was good!
