Well driving around the Pueblo West area we stumbled upon Big R. We decided to go in and check out what they may have as we are just passing through and always enjoyed the Big r in our Southern Colorado location. Got to tell you what a selection this store had. We always skim over all the sales and and greeting cards and dog items. Got to say that they had a huge selection of different shoes and boots that were on different sales. We ended up getting a couple of items as shown this photo. They had exceptional customer service and we were helped immediately when we showed signs of looking for something. Great store great location keep up the good work.

Always a good experience shopping at this Big R Store in Pueblo West. Anytime I have an issue with anything the staff is always willing to help, even if they have to walk down the isle to price match.

Love the product selection and price. Too bad the employees that checked me out were trying to include me in their rather racist sounding debate regarding Native folks and folks from India.

The staff in the store are over the top!! Jim and Joe at the gun counter went over the top for me when I made a purchase. The gentlemen at the gun counter are professional and take pride in their work. Jim took extra steps to get the necessary materials so I could pick up my item that morning. Of which I didn’t know of until after he did it. Joe took extra steps in sighting in my item getting it ready for pick up. I so appreciate these men for what they do. You guys are the best!! Very inviting and polite, helpful staff. I will go the extra miles to go to this store. Awesome all the way!! A BIG THANK YOU, JIM and JOE!!!👌😃

I couldn't fish when I came in today but could when I left thanks to Bill. What a nice professional man. He set me up with the perfect poll and all of the right gear. Went to the PW store to purchase Big R wood pellets which was recommended by the cashier stating I've gotten a lot of good feedback on these pellets from our customers. We call B. S. This stuff is pure junk, low heat lots of trash and kliners to the point it choked out our stoves pellet pot. Don't buy this product it's terrible and now we have to tear down and clean out our pellet stove.

Well I gave the store/employees a 1 star but that really not accurate being that I was never helped. After locating the key that I needed to have made (I need 4) I waited 10 minutes to an employee to come by. One guy did eventually walk by, he saw me at the key display and actually turned, ducked and walked away in the opposite direction as quickly as possible. So no help in the key dept., I could see this if they were busy but it was 12:45 on a Monday and you could have bowled in this store. They did have on a continuous loop a video of an under the house/crawl space thing showing what looked to be end of life for mice/rats. Not my favorite animal but I would question running this where everyone can watch.

Initially went to the big R in town and was refused service to exchange a trailer tire. Decided to go to the location in Pueblo West and they were FANTASTIC. I believe her name was Betty, the manager was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way and helped us find the tire purchase without a receipt. They didn’t have the same tire to exchange so she gave us a full refund instead. Great service and great employees!

We had outstanding customer service. The assistant manager Deb was so great to work with! She helped us tremendously when trying to find a product from the warehouse and getting it assembled and to the store as quickly as possible. When she said she would call, she did every time. She even followed up on a medical issue we were dealing with and made it a point to check about our loved ones condition. While in the store we had many team members approach us to make sure we were taken care of or if we needed help with anything. My husband says he will drive 2 1/2 hours every time, to be treated with such great customer service.

I went to buy chicken food yesterday, despite having been very ill for 7 days. When I pulled up to have the 9 50 pd. bags loaded, the young man doing the loading asked if I was okay. At which point I burst into tears of exhaustion and knowing I was too weak to unload it. He told me not to worry, he would come over on his lunch break and do it for me. Which he did! I am 65 years old and try to be independent. But God bless LANCE for being a hero and doing it for me. What an awesome young man! Didn't want money or anything! That's why I love Big R PW! They have the most helpful and friendly employees ever! But a very special THANK YOU TO LANCE! You are my hero!

Love this store. Huge variety of goods and great staff. Joe in the Gun department was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back again soon.

Jim at the firearm counter is not only very knowledgeable and helpful; he is also a super nice person. A real descent man. He treats his customers and his section as if it were his own business. Not something one usually finds in a big chain store. Big R could do well by hiring more people like Jim. I would be remiss in this review if I left out Joe. Joe works the firearm counter along with Jim. Together they have a firm grasp on the firearm industry. Both gentlemen made it easy to hand over my business to Big R. Two great hires!

I was in big r on 4/3/22 and my brother passed away so I took my brother's cowboy hat in to the store a young man by the name of Seth and a lady can't remember her name but I went and asked if they could shape and clean the hat and explained that it was my brother's..I was very nervous about leaving it but I did had a call about 30 minutes later that it was done so went to pick it up not only was I happy with it but the young man walked me up to the register and payed for the service I really thought this was awesome and I thank him a million times over and think that this kind of service should go and be noticed by all the higher ups including the owners

I enjoy shopping here the staff is friendly and helpful plus I like the Vet service they have.

I was not planning on purchasing a gun today at Big R in Pueblo West but Donny made it so comfortable he is very knowledgeable with guns, ammo and gun safety I did purchase a new gun thank you to him and his staff amazing location!!!
