Had to wait at the point I was fixing to leave no one at counter for check in or out. They take your cash $50.00 for deposit and will not give you a receipt. Shower pressure was low, men's shavings on shower wall. They did not supply soap or failed to leave any. Bed was OK if you like rolling into your partner in a hole. When you or the last person guest see when they leave you shouldn't be wearing flip flops and tights (period) two sizes to small, and all the cleavage you want to see. They have a sign up stating guest parking but not responsible, well we took a drive on the street behind the hotel. There was a neighborhood with children in diffrent groups walking the streets, two of the kids were carrying play guns. I'm guessing the children were between 9 - 15 years of age. Where are the parents? Not a very relaxing block. Nice on the front. OK inside, trouble in the back. Do not recommend this place.

I do not recommend this hotel as a safe place for Patriots to stay. We arrived late and were very tired. The first thing we noticed as we approached the front doors, were signs on the doors and at the front desk, saying no firearms allowed! Everywhere you looked, they advertised that this was a place with no firearms. We arrived at the hotel at 2AM. When we get to our room, the door was standing open a crack. I pushed the door open and we checked everything out. It seemed to be clean and there was no place for anyone to hide, but this felt very unsafe on top of the advertising of the no firearm zone that it was. Then, we went to shower and the water was lukewarm at best. After letting it run for a while, we decided it wasn't going to warm up. The next morning was no better. The front desk said they would tell the general manager when she came back over the weekend. No offer for points or anything. The beds were very comfortable and seemed to be clean. But the next morning, when we checked out the breakfast and decided we would pass. See the picture of the fruit. That gave us all the info we needed to decide that it was not a well run place to eat. It worked in a bind, but this property will not be my go-to place if I need to spend a night in the West Memphis area again because of the advertised and banning of firearms.

Cons: We had a late check-in, and then went straight to the casino (until 2am). When we actually got to the room to sleep, the toilet would not flush. After being there an hour or so a loud humming noise was coming from the in-room fridge. Very hard to sleep with the noise! The morning we are leaving I pulled the covers up to straighten it out to sit and put my shoes on, to discover a HUGE yellow stain on the comforter! The elevator smelled like heavy duty bug spray, almost takes your breath away. They put the ice bucket and cups in the freaking bathroom!! WHY? That is not a sanitary place for that item! Pros: Friendly staff. Great location to the casino. Breakfast was decent. Very nice place from the outside, looks new. Comfy bed (except for the stain)

My reservation at another hotel was sold out from under me after a long day of travel. I ended up at Comfort Suites where i dealt with Ingrid. She was very understanding and helpful in getting me setup for the night. Clean rooms, hot shower it was perfect for my needs. Thank you Ingrid you saved me!

The room was very clean but there were no black-out curtains in our room. I felt safe at this location. There were 3 girls at the front desk upon check-out and only one of them (the younger of the 3) acknowledged me. She was nice. The other 2 could use more customer service skills. All-in-all, about the hotel....I would stay here again. Don't eat at the Cracker Barrell. Worst dinner ever! Go eat somewhere at the Southland Casino which is easy to get to from the hotel.

Will you survive staying here? Yes. Will you wish you had booked a different hotel in your price range? Yes. This hotel was super dirty. The walls, floors, doors, bedding, and furniture were covered in marks, hair, gunk, and mysterious stains. The morning staff was very nice. The evening staff seemed annoyed we were there. The shower itself was clean, as were the sheets and towels, but not the floors. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dirt. The duvets didnt have covers on them. The couch had white stains on it in several places. We sat on towels on the couch. My recommendation would be to find a place with better reviews on cleanliness within your budget.

The answering service hung up one once and kept me on the phone over a half hour to not honor there online price. The girl working on the location was very nice but she had no ability to help. Choice hotels customer service is complete trash.

The staff was rude and short and definitely not customer service oriented. I brought down my towels and asked the woman working the front desk if I could get some clean towels. She continued talking to her male friend as if I hadn't ever even came down to her. Then I was informed there were washers n dryers on every floor....i has no problem finding the washing machines but no dryer in the entire place that worked, so I wasted my time n money n ended up w laundry hung am over my room . Irritating when it didn't have to be like that. The rooms are big tho. Mine was. Big bathroom too. Heated pool. The elevators have duct tape all over the floors. Dunno why. Breakfast was great as well. Over all but bad and if different receptionists were present probably would go a long way w this place having good reviews!

Let me just say the staff is absolutely the sweetest hardworking people EVER! They went above and beyond for us! Our breakfast Lady was on point. She kept everything cleaned and stocked! This hotel is not a reflection of its staff but the owner! This property needs new mattresses and mattresses in the sofa sleeper! The stains were awful!!!!!!!!! There is definitely some upgrades needed and some attention.

Horrible! I will never stay there again. I am highly allergic to mold. Elevator smelled of mold and our room on the 4th floor had mold on the wall and phone jack melted from a fire. Got moved to the second floor. That room had mold in the ac unit. The general manager tried to tell me it was dust . There was dust on the filter yes but the black spots and blockage on the vents was mold. She had a house keeper take “care” of it and told me she would have handyman take it out and power wash it after he was told the day before to clean it and remove the trash bag wrapped around the smoke detector. Needles today when we checked out mold was still there and never power washed. She tried explaining away the mold. I am sorry but I know mold. It’s can kill me. There is blood in the bathroom. Missing toilet paper holder. Food under the couch and crumbs and pink lighter under the pull out couch mattress. I did inform part of that also. And I was told to be taken care of but it’s still there. my sisters room on the 4th floor had mold in the bathroom. They tried to tell me it was cracked and I proceeded to say yes their cracks but that’s molding it. I took a wipe and I could wipe it and black mold came off on it. The rooms are just horrible run down it is not a place that you want to stay. I will never stay there and I’m really thinking about moving away from comfort inn. I have pictures to everything that I’ve been talking about..

Great stay. Front desk was extremely nice. Very clean. Indoor pool. Breakfast was superb with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels... just don't call Comfort Suits to book it, or you'll get some corporate number that is only interested in the sale at $100 extra $$ a night compared to what we got on priceline.

We needed a place to stay with plans to drive into Memphis the next day, and this Comfort Inn had all the amenities we love. The room was clean and spacious, and the sheets/bed were super comfy. Fridge, microwave, big TV, hair dryer, and shower all worked great. The fitness center has a suitable treadmill, elliptical, and weight machine-- I used the treadmill. We also took advantage of the indoor pool, and it was nice to have. The included breakfast the next morning was scrumptious-- eggs, bacon, sausage patties & links, biscuits, gravy, freshly made mini waffles, all the continental items, juices, and coffee. The woman at the reception area who checked us both in and out was friendly, and we appreciate everything that goes into making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Decent price and fairly clean hotel. Good parking Really DID NOT like the additional $ 50.00 incidental deposit charged on my credit card. First time I’ve ever had that happen, and you have to wait 3 to 5 days to get it credited back to your card.

This is a fairly new hotel. The rooms were nice and very clean. It was quiet and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff was friendly. We chose this one over the options in Memphis and were not disappointed. Because of construction, it can be confusing to get to

Hotel seemed great from the lobby but the rooms weren’t all that amazing. Firstly the receptionist that checked us in greeted us very unprofessionally by calling my husband dude and it wasn’t the warmest welcome to receive. The room was alright the sheets had blood stains on them which I didn’t see until the morning because I was so exhausted. The blackout blinds in the window was broken and on top of the AC all night causing us to sweat profusely. I didn’t realize the blinds was covering the AC all night until morning. The walls were pretty thin and I could hear the guests in the other room leaving and walking in the hall. The shower got clogged when I showered and I was just standing in the water during my shower which became really frustrating because the corners of the shower seemed dirty. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again because of what we experienced for one night.

I was charged a $50 fee on 2 different cards for incidental fees that was suppose to just be a pending $50. Still have not gotten refunded. Its been 5 days. They say its up to my bank. Incidental fees are not charged they pend and charged when damages happen. Great hotel just mad that I have not gotten $100s back yet. I stay in many hotels and the fees always come back the very next day not 5+ days and counting. I have been in 3 different hotels these last 5 days and ALL fees have came right back beside this hotel. I don't get why they have bags over the smoke detector either. Doesn't seem safe to me and when I questioned it she said yea that happens sometimes. When I checked out I was getting on the elevator and the hotel lost power. I would have died if I was suck on that thing.

Great hotel. Wasn't expecting such a nice place when I couldn't find a room in Memphis TN. Blessing in disguise. From rooms to the pool to the front desk, everything was better than expected. And a special thanks to Denise for helping make sure everyone was taken care of before closing the well stocked complimentary HOT breakfast. Will DEF make this a regular stop traveling I-40 or I-55!

Georgia at front desk greeted us and checked us in very quickly and most of all was very customer friendly. Kim in the breakfast area did a great job on our first visit. Everything was so kept and organized. Rooms is the area where management needs to stay on top of or you will loose guest. I understand you are short staffed but def the way the entire room was cleaned is unacceptable.

-Not the best marked driveway access off the highway, but we found it easy enough thanks to our map app. -The receptionist when we arrived around 9pm wasn't the warmest welcome, but was efficient and got us checked in quickly. -Room was clean and cool, and felt amazing after a long day of driving. And it was pleasantly quiet, we didn't hear any of our neighbors or people passing in the hall, and were able to sleep well. -Breakfast was yummy, though drink options were limited to coffee. -And check out was a breeze for our short stay. Overall a pleasant experience.
