My massage with Angel was perfect!! Was very sweet, very informative before the massage because I am a new client, and quiet during the massage. Definetly as for Angel!

My massage by BJ was so great. I got the Himalayan Sale Stone massage. She was also the sweetest lady ever. The price was perfect for the quality. I'm going to try to go at least once a month.

I received my first ever facial today with the diamond glow and WOW! I’m completely blown away by how much better my face looks. Anara did an amazing job at keeping me comfortable and relaxed. Anara also told me everything she was doing prior to doing it and was extremely informative when I didn’t know anything about facials.

I really enjoy the relaxation massage. The front desk advised to try it at night for a good sleep and it truly was a wonderful experience to go right before bed time. I typically toss and turn at night but after the massage by Angel I felt peaceful and slept through the entire night. I will certainly return to do this again!

Paris and Randi are the reason I come to the Oakley location. Randi is very friendly, provides excellent customer service, and greets you in a way that conveys that she remembers you. Paris’ expertise in massage therapy is beyond what I have expected and experienced. As someone with a genetic condition that causes extra strain on my muscles, I am very grateful for the extra mile he has gone in his education as a massage therapist. A deep tissue massage with him provides more relief from pain than the muscle relaxants prescribed by my rheumatologist.

I had booked this appointment for my husband ,we left 30 minutes early and still arrived six minutes late due to Cincinnati traffic… I called in to let the ladies know and they said it would not cut into time because I already completed the documents online.. but when my husband came in, they were pressing him about time say…”well since you were we can’t do this” OR “since you were late you aren’t able to get this done”. This is the place of relaxation. Don’t press the client on the time once they are THERE!! Just get the massage done, ideally stuff happens, but I see these reviews are also getting pressed with their time… It’s very unprofessional for the workers to continue to let us know we were late… I will not be going back, if another client was late please don’t keep on implying that they were late… They are there to RELAX, and it was not easy to relax when they keep bringing up we were late.. sadly we won’t be recommending this facility.

Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time for paperwork. They didn’t provide paperwork until the time of massage. They didn’t do massage until 17 minutes later. Therapist stopped early to wash hands. Lost almost 1/3 of time due to delays. Tipped therapist 20% but person behind the desk quoted retail price instead of membership price which caused a bigger tip. Tipping is done by percentage and not price, so if someone receives massage as a gift, they wouldn’t know the real cost but operator behind desk should be able to retrieve that information so the 20% reflects 20% of actual cost. If different, operator behind desk should notify customer so customer is aware and can adjust accordingly. I called to speak with a manager and left my number and manager never returned my phone call. Called again 2 days later to explain issues a second time with second request for manager to contact me. My first complaint should have been recorded as it appears that my issue is not of a concern to company. I’ve used them before as a non-member and didn’t have these problems. I cancelled my membership because of this.

My last two massages here at Hand and Stone in Oakley have been AWESOME! I belonged to Massage Envy for 10-15 years and this place is much nice. 🤩

This was my first time at Hand and Stone. Anara made wonderful recommendations and took her time to fit my needs. I have had many facials in the past and always left disappointed. This was by far the best facial I’ve ever had. I will be back!

I really enjoyed the hand and stone massage. I am sensitive to touch but the massage therapist chose the warm stones which helped me relax tremendously therefore making my massage experience exceptional!! I also had a great facial spa experience and the esthetician was kind and gentle also giving me the ultimate facial experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Lucy did my facial and I cannot stress enough how amazing she is. She’s such a pleasure to talk to and really makes you feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend giving her a try and let her cater her services to your facial needs 🥰

This place makes massage booking and the experience in general totally seamless. I opted for the monthly membership and go for a 90 minute Swedish once a month with Jamaya. I highly recommend the hot stones massage once in a while too!

I had Ms Symone and she was the most professional and kindest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She made a safe and easy going environment so I could relax and not feel judged. I will definitely be recommending and returning!

I get a massage once a year for my birthday and this was the best birthday massage I've had to date! My LMT was Mandisha & she gave me an amazing experience! She took her time to ensure that what I asked for in comfort & pressure was on point. She was very in tune with the parts of my body that needed the most work and still managed the 90minutes well enough to give every part thorough attention. My back (specifically) but honestly, whole body has never felt better! Thank you so much!

Lydia is THE BEST. If you’re new to facials and want to learn about what products to use, etc. she is awesome. She helped me to feel more confident in the products I own and that are in my price range. She will suggest products from in store if they’re really worth it but never feels pushy!
