From the front desk to the dentists, everyone is personable and competent! I never feel rushed or pressured. Any dental complaints I have are thoroughly checked out and an explanation provided which does not usually involve expensive and unnecessary procedures. I completely trust the dentists in this office and Mary, best dental hygienist ever! My comfort level is always at the top of their list! The front and face of the office , Haley and Sarah , are professional, friendly and quickly handle insurance and scheduling.

I went into the dentist today for tooth pain. For starters, the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was so kind and got me in right away. Then, when I got to my appointment the dentist and the dental assistant were so professional and just genuinely warm and personable. I had my 5 year old son, that has cerebral palsy, with me and they were so accommodating to his needs while we were there when they didn't have to be. They made sure he was comfortable and ask if they could get him anything to drink or snack on. They spoke to him and made him feel so welcome and comfortable. When leaving, the receptionist was kind as well and came to open the door for us to leave since my son was in his wheelchair. What a wonderful dentist office! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, professional, clean dental office that is also going to give the customer care that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Thanks again!

Outstanding! Only word to explain this practice. Greeted by name when I walked in, the dental assistant was pleasant and professional, Dr was polite, concerned about the issue and anxious to help. As much anxiety as the Dentist brings me, walking into this environment absolutely makes things easier

When I hear anyone talk about their trepidation over going to the dentist, I always tell them they have the wrong dentist. I have never felt fear about going to Dr. Fennell. The entire staff makes the experience so easy and comfortable, always double checking to make sure you are not feeling any pain. I have had it all, from annual cleanings to fillings to root canals, and have never received anything but the best of care. I would recommend this dental office to anyone without hesitation.

I always have a great experience here. Absolutely no complaints. Today, Dr. Nate Fennell fixed up all of my chipped front teeth. They look so good!! I expected good work from him, but my smile is even better than I thought it could be! Dr. Nate and his assistant, Carla, are the dream team!

Compassionate and super helpful staff. Had to bring my 5 month old into my appointment with me and they all took turns holding him while I got examined. Dr. Fennell is very understanding and caring. Everyone is so personable! Would highly recommend.

Very nice people and nice experience. Doctor really took time to educate me on my teeth and you can tell they want wants best for you and not just worried about money. Everyone was so nice and I didn’t have to wait long.

Service is quick. People are friendly. Paperwork is a little tedious. You have to reenter your name, email, and dob each time. That data should auto carry over and fill in those fields on each page. Amy is great and Dr Nate is thorough.

Great experience overall! From over the phone interactions, to being greeted in the lobby, to all 3 professionals I worked with - I felt taken care of, and cared for. Looking forward to my next visit.
