They offer fair rates on pawn items and are always professional and treat customers with respect. My fiance and I use them all the time if I need help with a bill or just extra money for the weekend! I love the fact that they have Sunday hours as well!

It’s an okay place. Didn’t get much for what I pawned my items for but I guess it’s better than nothing. The lady who took my items and loaned me the money was cool and she explained how the pawn process work. I’ll be back if needed in the future.

I have always had a great experience at the Queen City money vault location. The whole team has always been very nice and professional. The whole team is always very helpful as well. Always help me out with any questions, and I have never had any problems. My items are always taken good care of when they are pawned, so when I pick up my items everything is clean an taken care of just like when I dropped my items off to be pawned..They just have such a great team at this location, they are so very professional and always make me feel welcomed.. Also, during the Covid epidemic, they have taken every precaution to make sure the employees and the public are safe an following all of the social distancing guidelines All around and above, this location and team are the GREATEST!! I would not recommend this place to anyone I sold them something because they was going to give me extra cash because I needed to pay a bill they told me they would call me on the day that it came out and I made sure they said they would that way I could buy back at the price they told me they never called and when I called them to get my stuff they told me that they do not call so I was lied to and trying to sell me my stuff back for double the price what they told me in the 1st place they lie in their cheek

My husband purchased a car amp from them $150 just two days ago. Amp went out yesterday. All sales are final. We did alot of business with them in the past No worries we will never again recommend or do business again.

Called for an offered a Hanwei pattern welded 1095 carbon tempered arming sword. The William Marshall model and their literal response "we don't buy any sword made in China at all". Well dang I wasn't aware one the top 10 most renowned and respected forges are JUST SOME CHINESE PEOPLE!!! I would have taken "sorry sir we just aren't interested but thank you" no no you had to add the China part. Don't care you turned me down I care you just crapped on a beloved brand because of their race, something tells me if I hadn't said it's made in China you would have wanted it!!!!!

Very professional and helpful. Was very reasonable with my situation giving me a good amount for a loan. Was more relatable than other pawn shops I've been to that usually try to lowball you and be all about making a profit. The items in the shop are reasonably priced too so I will be doing business with them again. 10/10 😁

They were kind and helped me when I needed it. I also appreciate them helping me when my car got stuck. They didn't have to but they did!

It's an ok place. They tend to pay less than other local places. To get a good deal u kinda have to be a good haggle. And I'm not that great at it lol.... They do have some high quality guitars for a good price , but then they over charge for something low quality (Like a Fender Squire) for example... Good audio equipment for an ok price... air conditioners, tools and equipment. Just make sure to bargain hard. They can overcharge for some things. But it is definitely worth checking out. Lots of nice jewelry also.
