Wonderful park with stunning scenery. Only downsides are the enormous amount of tourists - best time to go is at 8am when they open, before the crowds come. We had about an hour of peace and quiet until the masses arrived. And you cant swim there anymore, so it may get really hot.

Amazing place... Definitely worth the visit. Fantastic views. Many waterfalls. You can also see many plants and in some cases some weird fishes! A child friendly place with big place to have a rest, have lunch or drink something. Toilets are available in the area as well.

The most beautiful place in the world I have ever been to. 7 huge waterfalls and thousands of small ones that you walk over on these platform pathways. Absolutely breath taking! Incredible, left me speechless and emotional. Can't recommend it enough.

Such a beautiful place to visit! We had all day in this park. The weather was not too hot so we were happy. You should bring comfortable shoes and clothes for this trip. Also a bag with water and some food. But if you want to buy, you can do it, because there is coffees and shops. Also it is good to have walking sticks if you use them, but without them it is also comfortable. Water view is just amazing and so calming. There is toilets but the are not free. And the food and coffee prices is normal so don’t worry about that. We only found one place were we can swimm a bit in cooling water. We saw a lot of fish, 4 small snakes in the water and on the roads:)

Beautiful park. Make sure you take the trail and walk around. It's easy and you will get much better photos than taking selfies by the souvenir shops. In off season, entry tickets are €7. At peak they are €40 euro. When I came here March 1 the only other hiker I encountered was a cat. Bathrooms are plentiful and free.

Fantasic waterfalls and lovely boardwalk trail. Old mill museum. Lots of steps but well worth the circular loop around the falls. So tranquil and mind refreshing. Many other nature attractions as well. One of the highlights of our whole trip. Loved Croatia!

About an hour by car from Split. It is a national park with beautiful waterfalls and nice trails. Not for those who cannot stand slippery terrain and steep rocky stairsteps. The views however were wondrous. 7 euro for adults. 4 euro for students and kids 7 & older. Free under 6.

A beautiful set of falls in a beautiful national park. The boardwalk across the top is a lovely walk and there are great view points all over. I've been twice now and it's well worth the trip.

If your in Croatia then you must visit this national park, the nature is impeccable and 100% worth the long walks! There is a waterfall area which you can swim in but it is quite a walk away from the car park, the walk way to there is beautiful in itself so it makes it less tedious. Definitely visit Krka if your near.

Great park, amazing waterfalls and walk, most of the walk is on a wood path so that it is easy to walk around the place! The trail takes you around the many different waterfalls and lakes in the area and you get to see loads of wildlife. A few over priced shops there and a restaurant where the waiter ripped us off after not giving the right amount of change (19kn short) but otherwise a great park

A amazing location to visit. We were all amazed at its beauty. Unfortunately, swimming is no longer permitted & the weather was a bit gloomy when we visited, it's still worth visiting. Keep track of the boat timetable. We went on off-season which made it a pleasant experience for us. The walk are kept clean and beautiful. Mother Nature at its most best. Students receive a discount of around 40%. The waterfall park is accessible via boat. There are several places to dine, drink, and unwind in the park. Please keep the park clean as it is right now.

Beautiful place to visit. Best to go early to avoid the crowds, gets really busy about 10am. We went on the first ferry and, though it was crowded, we still got good views and had a great experiencence. A lot of walking involved so best to take a good amount of water. Tickets cost 40 Euros and gives you access to the whole park for the day, it also includes the price of the ferry to and from the main waterfall. Great experience, would highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely beautiful national park. We went during the summer holiday, it was very hot. So you need a lot of drinkwater. The waterfall is impressive, you can walk very close by.

Krka is a small national park with beautiful waterfalls. It is much smaller than I expected but it was definitely worth visiting. I was a little upset they don't let you swim under the falls anymore.

This place is peaceful and beautiful. The waterfalls are impressive. We paid to catch the bus up and down the hill instead of a 20 min walk each way. Purchase your boat tickets in advance as when we arrived; it was sold out.

Absolutely fabulous. Pools and waterfalls everywhere. Boardwalk for lower levels and well worth the climb to the top of the waterfall. Places to stop and rest along the way. Beautiful clear water. Don't miss this trip.

this is awesome. entrance is a bit expensive in the summer, especially if you wanna use boat for additional tours inside, but it’s worth. you will enjoy total nature tour between the lakes and waterfalls, there is a path you must follow and you will see everything. there are lots of other things that you can see or enjoy here: swimming, food, drink, boat, exhibition, fishes, snakes... this is a must, you wont regret!

Totally worth the excursion. The waterfalls are an easy hike as well as all the other parts. Note that there are some stairs but all or most of the trail is paved. They have a museum of how people lived in this area hundreds of years ago. Amazing breathtaking views. Bring water and your camera. Please respect the no swimming rules as the area is trying to conserve its natural beauty.

A beautiful National Park. We were lucky it wasn't so busy and could enjoy the board walk almost by ourselfs (we arrived in the afternoon). You can take a boat in the National Park and there's possibilities to by something to eat and drink in the park.

Amazing alternative to the more popular Plitivice national park. Plus, you can actually swim here but not directly in the waterfalls themselves. Plenty of hiking trails and a boat rude to an island with a monastery. Always check for ticket availability ahead of time.

A wonderful place to spend a day in nature and enjoy the unusual comfort of nature. This is a place that tourists should definitely not miss, it does not require great physical fitness that some of the national parks around the world require, here you can enjoy a leisurely walk through the national park. It's certainly interesting because you can bring your pet too, so it's a mutual satisfaction 😃

An absolute gem! If you love nature, waterfalls, walking or any of the above this park is an absolute must visit! Try reserving at least half a day, as it's gonna be hard to see everything in less time. Coming with a car is highly recommended as there are multiple parts of it that are far apart from each other. Overall very recommended.

Such a beautiful place. We went before the summer season so it wasn’t too crowded. We paid €40 for the ticket and it included this really nice boat trip which brings you to the park. The waterfalls are gorgeous, and they have a really good structure with bathrooms and places to eat/drink. As we got a little bit of rain on the day the floor was really slippery and they don’t have much protection around the trails, we’ve seen two people having small accidents. Overall a really nice experience!

The place is incredible. No wonder why so many people visit it. It was very crowded when we went, but this didn't take the magic away. Not only the waterfalls were absolutely stunning , but the whole park had crystal clear water and fish everywhere, beautiful spots with lakes, ponds, rivers, streams and obviously the biggest affection, the waterfalls.

Absolutely stunning, however you cannot swim anymore :( The guide we had was so lovely but it felt like the tour wasn't planned as well as it could be as we had to walk an extra 30 mins to get to the bus and there were people with reduce mobility with us. However the park itself is absolutely breathtaking :)

Beautiful place, we went on the 8am ferry was quiet to start with then became very busy. Which can't be helped by the place but obviously this does affect your experience. I was very disappointed with the fact you had to pay to go to the toilet (1 euro per person) even though we had already paid 40 euros to get there and go in to the national park in the first place. Slightly expensive over all I am glad I went but only stayed for a couple of hours bit chunk of our holiday budget. We stayed in Skradin for two nights lovely little place not a massive amounts to do.

Such a beautiful waterfall. The whole Nation park is so well maintained. The ramps to walk are the best part of the park. With Turquoise blue water , greenery everywhere feels so connected to nature. There are many points to view the waterfall and all are the best. Must visit places if you are in Croatia.

Krka is a beautiful national park. We took the walking path, and the views from there are breathtaking. There is so much to see, and the park is full of gorgeous waterfalls. Make sure you give yourself enough time to explore it all; it could easily be a half to full-day trip.

Beautiful park with a very light walk around the lakes and waterfalls. It is worth visiting if you are around and you can easily spend here a day or finish the walk within two hours. There is also a small museum with the history about the Croatian crafts and how the water in Krka was used previously.

This park is wort to see if you don't have much time . Also , it is the cheapest option to touch Croatian nature . Walk through takes no more than one hour . You have few waterfalls on the way and some historical buildings . The best is at the end . From park you take the ride by boat through the valleys and lake . It is amazing experience .

Beautiful National Park to visit. We took the path down (15mins) which is a little bit rocky. Would recommend taking the bus back up as it is about 1km steep walk back up. The waterfalls are stunning at the bottom and the board works are well kept. We visited in October so no swimming was allowed.

This place is truly stunning. Waterfalls and the amounts of endemic plants and animals are just astonishing. The park has quite a number of steps but it is very family friendly with wooden walkways built to take you in the middle of this fairy tale forest. At the entrance there are a number of booths selling things like ice cream, food and souvenirs. There are different entrances into the park, we used the one next to Skradin where a scenic boat ride will take you down the river to the entrance of the park. It is close to Split and is certainly worth a visit for anyone in the area.

A must to visit, get there as early as possible to beat the crowds. We went by car, and walked on the way, bus on the way back. Very relaxed atmosphere and the wooden walkways were amazing. Can see lots of wildlife as well as the stunning waterfalls that are just out of this world. At the end of the walk it becomes very touristy - I advise taking water and snacks with you.

Very pretty place, but can’t help but feel like there’s something missing. I’d recommend the hike towards the waterfall, as the boat does not really get you the view you’ll come here for otherwise. As soon as you’re on top of the waterfalls, there’s a very pretty hiking trail behind it, which is a lot nicer than the waterfalls itself.

Really lovely spent day, highly recommended for a stroll. There are volunteers/park employees everywhere so it is impossible to get lost. When you buy a ticket, take a bus included in the price so you don't have to walk to actually see something.

Amazing place!!! Fill your bucket list! That’s definitely one of the MUST SEE spots in the world 😍 October is a great time to visit that place. Not too many people and no need for patience for taking a good picture!

  • 3/5 Richard P. 2 years ago on Google
The waterfalls were good but it wasn’t as amazing as I had imagined to be honest. Still a good place to revisit when you have a chance to get out there, but I think I would choose Plitvice over this location if you have only 1 option.

The park is really amazing. The waterfall is impressive . We have been there in December and just several people were there. So the whole park was empty. Water is clean.

Really beautiful place and you get bus transfer part of the way there when you buy your ticket. At the end of the tour there is restaurants, souvenir shops and ice cream etc. But dont buy things from the adorable ladies on your way back to the bus. It is a tourists trap!

  • 5/5 Harry C. 7 months ago on Google
We visited the Bogatić end of the park for a walk and fresh water swim. Truly stunning. We got there towards the end of the day and the park was fairly quiet - didn’t feel over crowded and allowed you to have your own space. Definitely somewhere to enjoy with the sun out.

The Krka National Park is hudge, however the actual main falls are on a 2.5km walk. Child friendly. There are easy walking paths but you can also choose the "hiking" ones. Since 01 Jan 21 it is now forbidden to swim in the lake and at the falls. Best time to visit: the opening first hours (if you want to take great pictures), it gets crowded fast. You will also find, some local people, selling their local products (liquors, figs, olives, olive oils...etc)

  • 5/5 Alan B. 6 months ago on Google
Don't talk yourself out of going. Just go. Quick trip from Split. Quite an easy stroll to see all the sites. You only need 1.5 hours to walk the park, and it's a single circular path, so you cannot get lost or confused.

Beautiful place. Waterfall looks amazing in summer day. To see the biggest is necessary buy ticket for 40€ but you got free bus ride in main waterfall area. Highly recommended

Great place to visit, out of season but still reasonably busy. Falls themselves are really impressive with plenty of different viewpoints. Didn't go on boat trip so can't comment on the rest of the park.

Nice place with beautiful views and nature, worth visiting when in Croatia. Be aware, the picnic are was full of smokers. It was almost impossible to rest without the smell of cigarettes. Also the toilets in the resting area were paid. The ones on the entry and exit to the park were free of charge though.

  • 4/5 chloe b. 7 months ago on Google
The waterfalls and surrounding area are beautiful and well worth the visit from Split. We went on a Thursday morning in September and were able to enjoy the park without the large crowds. Be aware though that after paying €30 each for entry you will still be expected to pay for the toilets…

Beautiful park! Lots and lots of waterfalls. Crystal clear water everywhere, and plenty of great views throughout the tour (full tour takes about 2-3 hrs). Swimming is no longer allowed. Take the boat that drops you off at the entrance (takes around 25 mins), or do the hike/ride from the town yourself (little over an hour). On entry there is an area where you can get some food and drinks. Throughout the park there are a few other places as well. Please note however, that none of these cafes have toilets. On our visit the only toilet within the park was not working, leaving only the one at the entrance available. The park itself is beautiful and well kept. It has open areas with panoramic views, but also cute wooden walkways underneath the trees. The water is clear and the wooden walkways are sturdy. Many areas are wheelchair accesible, but not all. I would recommend a visit to this park, but perhaps off-season as its very popular and it may affect your experience if its (too) crowded.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Loved every minute spent there

  • 5/5 Daniela Velásquez G. 2 years ago on Google
Outstanding nature. Google takes you to the entrance where you’d walk towards the falls (parking is limited in this area, around max 10 cars would be able to park there) , if you prefer to take the boat (included in the ticket) you should seat for “Riki rent a bike”, right in front of it you’d find the place to get on the boat. For those who like hiking, I’d recommend walking instead (or renting a bike), taking the boat gets you directly to the waterfall, once you get there the walk between the falls is more crowded. There are places to buy food inside.

We were glad we visited and enjoyed the visit and the boat ride there. The pathways made it an easy walk with young children too. We found it a bit expensive at 40 euros per adult though.

A beautiful national park. Well maintained bridges and paths with amazing views of the waterfalls, surrounding hills and mountains and other landscapes. Lots of amenities, places to eat and drink and restrooms, although the cafes and food stands are quite expensive. Worth the visit for sure, but bring enough money for food.

Beautiful this early in the season and after heavy rainfall. I'd imagine it gets rammed with tours in June/Jul/Aug. There are quieter areas which don't get the tours...do your research! ❤️. The park is stunning.

Very picturesque place. You will need a whole day to see it. It is better to start in the upper part with small waterfalls, then monastery and then big waterfalls in the lower part.

  • 5/5 C F. 9 months ago on Google
There are lots of boardwalks that take you around the park. Lots of waterfalls and dragon flies. A lot of dappled shade, some drinking fountains. It was incredibly hot at 34 degrees. Beautiful aqua water. We did not eat there. One set of toilets was free, the other near the Boars cost 1 euro. The boat journey out of the park was very pleasant. Worth visiting. 30 euros for an adult, 15 for a child.

  • 5/5 Greg W. 2 years ago on Google
These falls are absolutely beautiful and worth a visit. You get there by walking through the quaint and welcoming town of Skradinski. From there you board a boat for a twenty minute ride to the park. It's a short walk to the falls once you exit the boat. At the falls there are toilets, food vendors and souvenir shops. Be sure to bring coins for the toilets. When you're done at the falls and boat back to town, there are nicer restaurants to choose from.

  • 4/5 Sandra C. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful views, not expensive entry fee that includes boat transfer. Drawbacks: overcrowded, vendors at the waterfall don’t take card payments, to use toilet costs €1, trail is not buggy friendly, you will need to carry over steps at some places.

  • 5/5 kristina p. 1 year ago on Google
Amazing place, but you need full day to see everything, wasn't so busy. Nice views and the waterfalls are just gorgeous, the only bad side is that it was too hot and you are not allowed anymore to swim there by the bridge.
