If you're in the area, don't miss this place. Probably the best beer on the Istrian Peninsula. 3 different styles on the beer menu, all to be drunk in a really well designed venue (with its own brewery!) The Castellana stands out offering a different choice to most of the other local bars and restaurants. Good food too, sandwich-style, although that description doesn't do it justice, with mouthwatering fillings. Pool at the rear and live music thrown in - not in the pool that is 😉 Go there and enjoy 🍻

Had an absolutely amazing experience visiting Castellana in June. Super friendly family owning and running the place. Everything is made and done with so much passion and love. Food was incredibly good and their friendliness made it an unforgettable evening for us! Must-visit if you are in the area and looking to escape the touristy coast!

Perfect location to start into the evening with an excellent craft beer that is being brewed ‘next door’! You can sit either inside in a cosy room or outside at the pool area. Tina and her husband are so nice people! The warmly welcome everyone and immediately feel connected to them, the location and the wonderful and tasty beer! Last but not least: the bottled version of the tastes great even at home😃 Thanks for the nice time in Castellana !
