We
have
rented
this
house
for
the
small
reunion
party.
On
the
pictures,
it
looked
stunning,
but
the
reality
is
a
different
story.
And
in
short
-
we
aren't
satisfied
with
it.
The
"vila"
isn't
a
villa.
It
is
just
house
with
the
pools.
One
of
the
pools
is
for
the
kids.
Both
of
the
pools
don't
have
working
night
lights.
So
at
night,
it
is
a
bit
tricky
to
use
the
pool.
The
value
that
you
are
paying
for
is
a
bit
too
high
considering
the
current
condition
of
the
premisses.
The
price
is
450
€
for
the
24h
rent.
And
that
price
is
just
too
much
for
the
value
that
you
will
get
when
you
use
the
place.
Some
of
the
reasons
why
I'm
claiming
that:
-
The
house
basically
only
have
3
proper
beds.
The
rest
are
temporary
folding
beds.
-
There
is
only
one
functional
bathroom.
And
one
more
toilet
outside
in
the
yard.
-
The
terrace
wooden
tables
are
not
in
good
shape.
-
If
you
wish
to
play
basketball,
no
problem,
there
is
a
basketball
hoop,
but
you
need
to
play
it
on
the
soft
grass
ground?!
etc.
If
you
are
planning
to
rent
the
place,
bargain
it
hard
with
the
owner.
Otherwise,
you
will
feel
cheated
and
bitter.
