All experiences I had with this hospital were a virtual train wreck. Was operated on twice and a small problem grossly escalated. Was in the ER with my wife and would never return there.

Hospital looks so depressing. Staff ignores you. Waited all day and they "forgot" to tell us my father was going to have a biopsy on his brain. They just casual roll him out in front of us.... so unprofessional.

Furchtbare WC-Anlagen im Erdgeschoss für Besucher und Patienten. Nicht abschließbare Toiletten-Türen. Surreal wirkende Zustände in den Wartezonen der "Poliklinik" mit unzähligen Menschen, die durch sehr schlecht verständliche Lautsprecher-Durchsagen aufgerufen werden. Überlastetes Personal wie ich es aber auch aus Deutschland kenne.

(Original) Danas smo bili u KB Dubrava.Nije isto kao nekada prije Covida.Nema kafića,umjesto njega je tamo sad ulaz za naručene pacijente.Maska je naravno obavezna,a ljubazno osoblje vam govori da stanete u red po vremenu kad ste naručeni.Mi smo bili naručeni u Nefrološku Ambulantu u 9 sati.Tada smo i ušli u zgradu gdje su nam izmjerili temperaturu i uputili gdje da čekamo na pregled.Nismo dugo čekali i brzo smo bili gotovi.Kad se sjetim kako je nekad bilo a kako je sad,naviru mi suze.Ali proći će i to.

Medical staff is realy good and very helpfull, you see they care for patients and love their work. The problem is, that is painfully obvious, work conditions. To many patients, long shifts and working hours, lack of parking spaces (if you come there after 8 am) and everything there needs a bit of "freshing up" if not propper renovation and a bit of investment into aged infrastructure (lifts, doors, toilets and maybe a new design for waiting room) so everyone there would feel a bit better and happier. I am going there every week now, for 3 months allready beacuse my wife has ITP and I have only good things to say about service, and help they have given to her in "day hospital area". The staff on 6th floor is the best and here is a shout to them and a thank you from me. I just hope they don't loose their motivation and love for patients and work because we couldn't do without them. *The hospital has lots to offer though if you need to spend whole day there - nice green spaces for walks, bakery, small store. You can pay with CC or use indoor ATMs (a nice coffee shop was recently opened on 1st floor but they accept only cash atm so keep that in mind). All in all it is a good place to be when sickness or some other calamity ocurs in ones life - at least what I have experienced regarding therapy for ITP, blood checks, "day hospital", radiology department where i took spine X-ray imaging and ofc. PCR tests for Covid-19 - everything was "painless", easy, realtively fast and if I may say a "good experience" in lack of better term.* **A bit of advice though - if you have time and strenght or ability to walk - then park your car somewhere across the street from hospital or maybe somewhere near the tram station or even inside nearby Garden Mall parking lot and do some shoping there because it can be a stress to find free spot inside hospitall grounds or at least be prepeared to get "boxed" by double parked cars - happened to me 2 times allready** Hope this long post helps someone in need.. 😉

Wc stinken.. türen kann man nicht schliessen.. man hat unseres zimmer nachtessen vergessen dan kam halts später, aber kalt.. wo ich eingeliefert wurde hatten sie kein sauberes kissen zur verfügung.. sie jaben mir blut abgenommen und den lacken verschmutzt , wissen sie wann es gewechaelt wurde.. erst nach fünf tagen.. wenn man drin ist kann man nur mehr krank werden.
