I
installed
a
complete
knee
prosthesis
in
Akromion.
After
the
postoperative
recovery,
I
stayed
in
rehabilitation
for
two
weeks,
and
in
the
end
I
went
home
driving
my
car,
with
a
cane
instead
of
crutches.
The
polyclinic
staff
(doctors,
nurses,
physiotherapists,
maintenance
and
cleaning)
are
extremely
professional
in
their
work,
diligent
and
proactively
communicate
with
patients.
Their
effort
to
inform,
help,
facilitate
and
achieve
the
goal
is
at
a
very
high
level,
as
is
their
kindness.
The
hospital
is
extremely
technologically
equipped,
the
prostheses
that
are
installed
are
the
best
that
exist,
as
is
the
equipment
of
the
operating
room.
The
ward
spaces
are
new
and
pleasant,
the
impression
is
a
bit
like
a
spa
-
hotel.
There
are
a
few
small
things
in
the
premises
that
could
be
improved,
and
the
staff
are
happy
to
listen
to
comments
and
work
to
fix
them.
Organizationally,
the
institution
is
extremely
well
organized,
which
is
evident
throughout
the
stay,
but
mostly
in
the
pre-operative
preparation
and
intensive
treatment
after
the
operation.
There
is
simply
no
infection
in
Acromion.
I
combined
the
therapeutic
phase
of
treatment
with
work
from
the
hospital
and
I
did
it
successfully.
Although
the
therapies
are
very
demanding
and
the
work
is
serious
(about
2
times
a
day,
a
total
of
about
two
and
a
half
hours),
I
still
fit
it
in
with
video
conferences
and
regular
work.
The
staff
tries
to
help
the
patient
to
work
in
parallel
with
his
hospital
duties.
I
received
business
visits,
even
from
a
notary
public.
The
hospital
Internet
is
fast
enough
for
regular
work,
but
as
I
usually
have
the
camera
on
during
meetings,
I
used
my
own
hot
spot
for
that,
because
it
jerks
a
bit.
The
food
is
tasty
and
healthy,
some
days
even
extremely
tasty.
All
in
all,
I
think
that
Akromion
is
the
only
place
in
Croatia
where
I
could
achieve
this
kind
of
treatment
effect
in
parallel
with
the
continuation
of
work,
and
at
the
same
time
relieving
the
family
of
caring
for
a
semi-mobile
man.
Upon
discharge,
I
am
able
to
live
with
caution,
but
also
with
independent
continuation
of
therapy
until
complete
healing.
Choosing
Acromion
for
knee
implant
was
the
best
possible
and
I
would
do
it
again.
