Really friendly and helpful staff! I was helped by Monika and she gave me a consultation since it was my first time there. She gave me some suggestions for a face wash routine and tested several products on me so I could see what suited me best. She never pressured me to buy anything and was overall just a lovely person. I wished I could have bought something from her but she did give me some samples to test out the product at home. Thanks again Monika <3

Filip gave us a thorough tour of the lush universe with his last breath. We listened to him for half an hour and left a good bit of euros poorer. It was an excellent experience, would visit again. Second ever lush store in the world!!!

Great products, but the salespeople are pushy and work too hard at affecting a syrupy fake-friendliness towards you. Shopping there feels like a chore.

The shop is awesome, the products are great and Filip, the guy who attented us, was so kind and he has awesome knowledge about all the products and what you really need. I recommend 100% this store.

Changed my mind about buying there after the staff touched a dog and didn't disinfect their hands, at least not while I was there for about 5-7 minutes. Visitors are also allowed to touch products that have no wrapping once they've disinfected their hands

Perfect Lush Store. Went today and there was such a passionate lady. She knows a lot. Very nice. I asked for a sample, and it was no problem. She had so much pleasure in working. So much better then in Amsterdam. I would really recommend.

All the scents all at once - there's something for everyone.

I don't think I can love Lush more. Everything is amazing - products, the devine smell, and the shop assistants are always so extremely nice that even a grump like me wants to just hug them. They will help you with the selection, recommend new products and really go out of their way to help you. Lush is the place to brighten up your day when everyone else effs it up :) Probably the only place where I prefer going to shop IRL to online shopping.

I love the service. The employee was very nice. Tried at least ten products on me. Also gave me three testers to try at home for free.
