What a poor lounge experience! No food was served except some awful tasting sweets. But selection of drinks was ok more or less. The staff was not really friendly and emphasizes thereby that you didn’t feel welcome. Hopefully I won’t return!

Super bad experience. There is an old dude who is the perfect image of an old corrupt guy trying to rent seek by abusing his gatekeeper position. Launched formal complaint with the company

There is no private space available in the lounge. --> Having some phone calls/meetings in this lounge is not the best idea. There is no warm food available. Just some snacks like peanuts and other junk food. Drink selection is ok: Coke, Coke Zero, 2 beers, wine, Pago Fruit Juice, water, coffee and some spirits. Unfriendly staff at the entrance (the old man who has been mentioned in another review as well...). No showers available. Overall one of the worst lounges I have been in till now...

One of the worst airport lounges visited throughout all my trips - the staff is rude - especially an older man who works there; there is absolutely no food available, not even a single fruit - only very limited choice of snacks, you can’t access it earlier than 2 hours prior departure.

Who gave this more than 1 star? Worst place ever, no food at all, the mixers are rubbish, the alcohol is cheap paint thinners....don't waste your time here

Bad lounge. I've got no complaint about the staff though, but I was expecting more than plain nuts to eat. I've visited quite a few lounges around Europe and some in Asia, and this is the worst by far 💃 Don't come too early to the airport, because Split airport in general doesn't have anything worth doing/visiting. It's small airport so all goes relatively fast, but that's the only good thing about this airport.

I hadnt been to the lounge as its exclusive to business class and no direct payment is accepted nor lounge clubs.

The worst lounge experience. Nuts, dried fruit and crisps for breakfast?! Zero ambience, some soft lounge music wouldn’t go amiss. Got as much atmosphere as a morgue.

I agree with previous comments of other travellers. Lounge situated before passport control so you have to check time and go for controls in advance and summer season is busy at the airport and this cut your time in lounge too. Anyway facilities very limited. I nearly registered myself because the staff was no able to do it and I had to explain what kind of card I have to allow me access to lounge. Only very limited snacks, yes nuts in plastic bags, horrible. Drinks choice is better than food. Coffee machine and some non alcoholic and alcoholic bevareges and bottled croatian wine which was for me the best option. Dont expect too much from this lounge. For newly upgraded airport this is not so good experience. So your last minutes in Croatia could not be the best ones. Not good promo for airport or country as Split is with Dubrovnik airport main gateway to Croatia or place to leave. Please, make this place better. Hvala

Totally agree to everyone it's the worst place I have ever visited. The old man is very rude and not take you a single bottle of water with you. Food is packed raisin and crossaint. Ambiente 0 Stars. They have plenty of spirits that the only plus point

Probably the worst lounge I've ever been to 😂. No coffee, no food, AC barely working... You're better off spending your time elsewhere.

Nothing fancy, but great drink selection and smaller snacks. Understand if you want a full buffet it’s not there but it’s quiet, air-conditioned and spacious. Staff are Croatian are helpful. People need to remember they are speaking their non-native language.

It is sad to experience this nice infrastructure with extremely poor Food & Beverage service. Have never seen lower than this. Still, hope for better.
