Very poor service. I went to get my front bumper fixed. They told me what I needed to fix it. Took over a month to get the part. They put it on but it wasnt fixed. They neglected to tell me there were other parts I needed. So I have a finger size gapes in my bumper under both headlights. They just tacked up the cormers. Will never recommend then for anything.

This business attempted to defraud my wife charging her for 9 hours of work, when in fact the work took less than an hour. When I called them out on it, the guy was like "I don't know, just going off the estimate." That's why it's called an "estimate," not the actual cost!! They refunded 1/2 the labor charges. If I ever need that type of work done again, I will not be going to Pate's.
