Delicious breakfast n lunch menu 😋 we got both. I got the #5 with egg whites, tater tots and coffee 💕 we also got a spicy chicken sandwich and a breakfast burrito. Their lemonades are really good and their coffee was good too with vanilla creamers 😋. I didn't know they had vanilla creamers 😍😍😍

I was on the road and decided to stop by for chicken strips. Did not expect to walk into the cleanest, most welcoming Chick-fil-A with FRESH FLOWERS at every table. The staff was helpful and friendly. I rarely have fast food and wouldn't think to review this, but I was seriously pleasantly surprised.

Very busy location. Once walking inside saw a very fast paced environment. Clean interior and exterior. Long line in drive thru, however was being attenended to and serviced quickly. Wait time was about 1 minute standing in line before order was taken, order was ready about 3-4 minutes later. Bathroom was tidy. Food tasted good, kale salad was really good! Highly recommend strawberry lemonade!

After spending the day in Richmond with a loud mouthed tuba player I was worn out. I took the drive through at the Chick-fil-A there on Admiral Callahan and got a little something to take home. It was a great decision. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice location. Some really neat views from the side. Service is decent apart from miscommunication over my order. All items were served fresh and politely. Recommended.

What can I say the service was great, the food amazing as always. The restaurant was clean and love the background music.

Always super polite and accommodating, delicious chicken and hot fresh waffle fries! I love the lemonade and soft melty chocolate chip cookie! The line can be long in the drive thru or at the counter at peak hours but its totally worth it.

The chicken sandwich comes completely dry. You have to put on any mayonnaise or mustard or anything that you want on the sandwich. I've never experienced that at any other fast food restaurant. Very odd!! 😒🤔

On the app we pre-ordered 2 shakes & a large french fry and chise pickup to avoid the drive through line. Didn't realize it would take 10 min to get those 3 items. They were delicious as all Chick-fil-A's but timeliness is the name of the game in the dessert/treat world. Did find a fingernail in a drink, but they gave a new one 🤔 🤢

We were at an event at the near bt fair grounds and wanted to grab some lunch we found this chick fil a near by and headed over. We got there about 1pm on a Saturday and as you would expect it was completely packed inside. The line went all the way to the door but the crew was on top of it because we were giving our order in only a few minutes after being there. Our food was out in probably 5 minutes after we took a seat and everything was up to the chicken fil a standard and as ordered. Great work!

I love the business but and am shocked at how busy this location is. Parking is impossible, lines of cars go all the way to the street. Poor employees are doing what they can. I did an online order and sat in the parking lot for over 45 mins waiting for the order. The poor worker came out and couldn't find us until we walked up to him. Again, it's crazy busy. The only real disappointment was they forgot to put in a fee items we ordered and paid for. We didn't want to try and fight the lines to go back in so we missed out. So definitely check your order, and definitely order online.

My whole experience with what I did not expect first of all the setup is very awkward the way you drive in the curb sticks out so you constantly run over it I have to have someone navigate me through it. Secondly they bring you a card where the writing is really small and if you do not have your glasses you wouldn't be able to read to place your order. And lastly they told me to go and my order was going to be next but then they turn around and said someone else needs to go before me. Additionally I didn't know they didn't sell regular pieces only sandwiches and tenders

This place is like a well-oiled machine. I was scared to come here because of the constant massive lines, but the wait is really not that long. I have waited longer at Taco Bell when I was the only person there. The food is top quality and the place is always super clean.

We had a big order and most fast food places mess up or forget stuff but chik fil a was on point I've never been so happy to receive my order exactly the way I ordered it. Plus their chicken is always amazing.

Not sure why the employee's have to stand outside to get your order. Felt bad for the kids having to stand in the cold and rain. They did have overhead heaters but... What troopers they were. The food was ok for fast food. I didn't think it was anything special. JMO

I ordered a spicy southwest salad. when I was eating it, I noticed the lettuce was bitten , multiple pieces had circles from bug bites and there was also a bug in the salad bowl. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. I had to drive 15 min to return it because they were not answering the phone. When I got there I showed the manager and all she said was do you want a refund ? No apology what so ever !!

Food was received hot. Love their fries. Chicken is OK. Enjoy their salads. Generally, their employees are friendly and helpful 1 much better than other fast food places.

I can't say enough how much we appreciated the staff. My son lost his wallet and they tracked down the school and shipped it to us! Excellent service and great experience. The food was great also. ;-)

My daughter loves Chick-fil-a. They had more employees than most restaurants. There were 2 employees outside taking the orders in the drive through lanes, one processing the payment before you get to the pick-up window, and 3 employees handing you your order. All of these employees were outside the building. That's not including the employees cooking the food and preparing our order.

Service was excellent! Was served by a young guy and checked in frequently by an elder man. Place was well maintained and clean. Food was amazing as usual but a little salty than usual. Was having errors with submitting the survey, I really hope they get the recognition for their great service!

My wife purchased a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich for me but when I opened it at home there was no chicken in it at all. She called and complained. The manager gave her a code to use the next time we returned. Returned tonight and the staff told us the code had already been "resolved." Will not eat here again. Check your orders before you leave or plan on their incompetence to impact you.

Very efficient operation. I'm rating them a star higher than I might for a fast food place because they had three or four employees outside orchestrating the drive-through line. First taking your order and then secondly taking your money, so when you get to the window your food's ready. I guess it's similar to In & Out's system but I think you pay at the pick-up window but I don't know. I always walk in there anyway, that line of cars can easily stretch 30 or 40 cars and I can't justify that kind of a waste of time and resources. And the food. How do you rate fast food? It should be the same from restaurant to restaurant within the same chain, but as you know it can vary wildly. I've only been to this place three or so times and the food has been pretty consistent. Everything has been decent, arrives hot, they give you napkins and a straw, etc What can I say? That's all I got.

Honestly I would give a 4 star because the order I placed for delivery was missing two items but overall food was good (did not add the rest of what I had originally ordered)

It was a bit slow this night. Waited hella long for our food even though we ordered before. But, it was Saturday night. 🤷🏾‍♂️. Nothing new. Still going back. Frosted lemonade is top tier! If you haven't tried it yet, you're wasting the time you have left on this planet.

I love the spicy chicken sandwich. Their waffle fries are normally 3 on the top and the rest are just crumbs. I don't know what happened to their staff but they are so slow

Love this place always. They did mess up my order, the girl at the register kept repeating it back to me wrong and correcting it so I thought she got it right but it still came out wrong when we got it. So that was weird and she didn't give me a receipt so I could not prove anything. Chick-fil-A was my very first job so I'm very partial to this restaurant and fond of all of them. So I was kind of taken aback that they didn't offer to fix the mistake, they usually do. Anyways, what's done is done. Still my fav fast food.

The manger is very responsible!! He handles everything with absolute professionalism. Keeps his employ’s active and treats them with care. I asked for a couple extra CFA sauces with my order, when received with that crispy responsive voice, he then replied “my pleasure” (it gets me every time). It was super busy which made it outstanding of how caring he was towards me and my two kids. This man is the goat. My wife thought it was historically awesome!! Bravo Mr!! 👍🏼

My husband LOVES Chick-fil-A. I sometimes grab something when I go with him but I never visit it on my own because I don’t usually eat fast food. I usually get one of their grilled chicken salads, which I did today, and as always it was fresh, tasty, and filling and their apple cider vinaigrette is wonderful. My husband always gets the 2 of the chicken sandwiches ( it only has chicken and their special sauce on it) and again it was hot, fresh, crispy, and he said good. The staff ,however, seemed depressed. At all other Chicks we’ve visited , and there have been many, the staff has been friendly, energetic, happy, helpful, and super polite. At this one in Vallejo, Ca, they were very quiet, polite but not really engaged with any of the customers ( we placed our to go order inside the resturant). They all seemed sad which made us sad. Maybe they had been disciplined earlier or gotten bad news? On the other hand, their quietness would have made for a very nice eating in experience.

Came in for a quick bite before heading to the airport. Requested non breakfast items outside of normal hours and Joy was very accommodating, advised me it would be 5 to 10 min but they would do it. Very friendly staff and the dining room was clean. My stop at this location was very pleasant. Thank you all, keep up the great work!

My family and I love CFA and travel every so often from Napa to the Vallejo location. On July 5th my family made a drive thru purchase and took it home to eat, when I found a piece of metal in my fries. It looked like it was a piece of a fry basket of something, because the metal had sharp edges on the ends. I immediately filled out a report online and was told I would be contacted by the Vallejo store within 2 business days. After 2 business days I hadn't gotten a call so I followed up. Still nothing. I waited over a week before following up again and the corporate CA worker told me the owner should have called me. After what I assume was forced by corporate, Ignacio paid me a call to let me know that "this has never happened before." Either Ignacio thought I was a liar or he was just blatantly not concerned that his restaurant served a piece of metal in their food. He didn't even care to hear more or see photos. He let me know that the best he could do for me was refund the singular meal that was affected, but I would have to come to the store with the affected food. Umm it's been 12 days? Perhaps if I would have gotten a phone call within the 2 business days promised, I might have still had the stale fries on my counter. I did say that I still have the piece of metal if he wants to see it, but he didn't care. It was honestly laughable that I was refused an over the phone refund, or even a credit to my CFA account. Beware of what you're being served at this location because if you find something, this store doesn't care.

Despite being extremely busy, they were fast to get my food out to me. The workers were very kind and helpful as well. A cool little touch was fresh flowers at each table.

This is one of the most amazing fast food stores in Vallejo California. Management husband and wife team are absolutely beautiful people. The staff very cordial, the restaurant is always clean .. Great Job thank you all for outstanding service. .
