This store is amazing! You can find everything that you want. They have the best brands they you are looking for. The customer service is also good. Go there and check it out!

Last weekend, I stopped by the Nordstrom at the Domain in Austin Texas. Over the past several years, I have noticed the level of helpful associates diminish greatly. Having been a previous Nordstrom employee (in California), I know what is expected of associates. I was in this store for over 30 minutes - and left, because I couldn't stand it any longer. I was diligently looking to buy a dress for an upcoming wedding. Not one single associate greeted me, asked if they could help me find anything or offer a dressing room (yes, at one point, I did have one dress in hand). Maybe it was the way I was dressed, having just come from a workout, but I digress. The dress department made me do a double take, to make sure I was in a Nordstrom and not in a discount store. The associates I did see (and there were several), were too busy looking at their cell phones, chatting with each other and offering congratulations for opening a charge account for another guest, or simply just walked by. Not a single associate said a single word to me. You can do better Nordstrom. At a time in our retail economy, I when retailers are struggling with sales, I would think someone would want to offer help. Maybe I'm wrong. In the meantime, I'll find other retailers to spend my money. You can do better!

Love this place for fragrances, lotions and makeup. But it has everything you need from a department store and it’s very easy to find everything. The bathroom is always clean.

Selection was small despite being varied. No good options for taller people. Store is nice though. Help was easy to find. If not for them I'd give it a solid 4. It's also way overpriced but that's just Nordstrom in general so no fault there. Parking is relatively close in the garages.

Somayia was such a wonderful help! Thanks again! I hope Oribe starts sealing ALL of their products -- when I pay so much for a shampoo, I would expect it to be sealed. Hopefully this is considered and their products are honed! Doesn't feel safe otherwise.

I’ve lost 40 pounds over the last 2 years and my custom made suits were well worn & extensive alternatives needed would not be cheap. The salesperson was prompt & courteous & knew his stuff. I liked the fist suit I tried on, the tailor came & made the necessary adjustments & my wife & spent maybe 30 minutes: totally painless! The alterations were only $60 dollars, the suit was ready in a week (not a rush order) & fits perfectly. Great value, great service, great suit!

I shop regularly here but never thought to get the help from a stylist. Today Chancey helped me find things I wouldn’t typically go for and I loved it! The customer service was great and I’m looking forward to using their help again for everyday clothing!

If you are looking for sunglasses you absolutely must see Libby! She is amazing and definitely knows what she is doing. She will give you her honest opinion and have you walk away with the best of the best! She styled my husband in some Tom Fords and we absolutely love them. Today I went back and got some Chanel sunglasses with her help and I am obsessed! She is amazing, get an appointment and let her help you. You won’t be disappointed

What happened to customer service? Went to return/exchange a pair of shoes. Salesperson got the size we needed and dumped them off at the chair we were at. Then walked away. I had to help my mom with the shoes. Nordstrom you have turned into a second class Walmart. I get better service there in fact. Uh! The Domain Nordstrom in Austin Texas you have lost a customer. Wish I could give it a -1

I purchased a $600 coat only to find that they hadn’t removed the security tags. I called to ask them if I could remove at home and was instead confronted with interrogation whether if I had stolen it! I provided them my receipt number and asked how to remove it manually since I live an hour away— they were no help and instead said I had to drive there to remove it since the security tag was Nordstrom property! Quick Youtube video and I popped it off. However, the in store shopping experience was pleasant.
