The food was delicious, and our server was so sweet. I wish i could remember her name! She knew just what to recommend and all her suggestions were tasty.

We love Outback! Restaurant was slow and we got seated very quick. Our waiter Alex was fantastic! Food was awesome came out perfect!

We had Mike as our server and can’t say enough. He was super helpful in anyway he could possible, had a great attitude, and was great at working with his coworkers. We also loved our other server with blonde short hair. She was super sweet and kept up with us. The food was perfect and we had nothing wrong with 10+ people. Thank you so much Lufkin Outback, it was great!!

We arrived at 6:45p on a Wednesday night. Was surprised it wasn't very busy. Seated immediately. Ordered our wine. Server Morgan was exceptional. We ordered the 8 oz Victoria Filet with loaded baked potato and ceasar salad. We had a few slices of the brown bread and the meal arrived. Cooked perfectly, potatoes had just the right amount of toppings. Completed the meal with a giant slice of carrot cake. Was more expensive than the last time I ate at Outback. This was my first visit to this location. It was exceptionally good. I'm strict about cleanliness and it was very clean. Morgan was attentive with just the right timing for everything. Not too much attention but perfect. Will definitely return and ask for her section.

The hospitality / food and experience was the best we have experienced so far. MIKE was so inviting and we just love him.

We ate last night at the Outback Steakhouse in Lufkin, TX and our server "Aussie Mike" was awesome! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. We were a party of 16 people there for our daughter's birthday and he helped make it truly memorable. His service was exceptional. It was truly the best dining experience we've ever had anywhere. Thanks Mike!!!

Mike was PHENOMENAL. He is such a kind and friendly soul! He was quick and efficient. He made great suggestions and we really enjoyed our first time at an Outback Steakhouse. We had a wonderful night and will definitely come back!

Our server was named Mike and he was hands down the best server i have ever had at any restaurant experience! he remembered our names and made the large party we had each feel special and taken care of! food orders where perfect and he made such amazing conversation with us! 10/10! it was also my friends birthday and he made her day so special he sang happy birthday to her and actually taught us the Australian way of singing it so we could sing it to her! I will be requesting mike every time i go from now on! and if any type of management sees this mike is absolutely amazing i honestly could go on for a while talking about our experience and he deserves all the praise!

We came out to celebrate my birthday and our server Alex was GREAT he made sure our food and drinks were good and I got a birthday desert! Our food was out super fast.We had great service and great food. We will be coming back soon!

Enjoyed my experience here overall. The food was delicious but just probably too much on the salty side. I’m sure it was just a mishap on that day. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere as good as you can get. There wasn’t much of a wait and everything went smoothly. The staff is very friendly too, what a team! I recommend this place for sure, just watch out for the salt.

We stopped on our way through town on a Sunday at 12:30, just as the church crowd was making lines in every restaurant in town. Outback was open and the wait was really short, though it was busy. So thankful for the delicious steak and really friendly service. Only complaint.... The waitress who screams as she goes in and out of the kitchen door. Mercy! The whole town can hear her.

Yalllll! Rebekah D is the best. We just ate here (which we do often) and she has been by far the BEST service. Possibly in all of Lufkin with our recent experiences! Will definitely return and request her. Oh, and the food was great too! Lol 😂

Well, I have never been a big fan of Outback as my past experiences were average to below, and the Lufkin, TX location fell into this category. BUT my latest experience was quite the opposite. All our steaks and lobster were prepared perfectly and were tender with excellent flavor. I had the ribeye and lobster for Father's Day. Appetizers were hot out of the kitchen. A huge step up in food quality and service....please keep doing what you did this Father's Day. I truly want to keep you as a regular dining option, thanks

Decided to dine at Outback on a Monday evening for dinner. They weren't terribly busy, so I was immediately seated and service was quick. The complimentary bread was delicious as always. My meal (Victoria's Filet) came out promptly and was fantastic. There was a minor issue, and had they not taken care of it right away, I would have left a four star review, but these folks aim to please and set their standards high. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Cheesecake for dessert? Yum! I wish I would have had room for it, but I'll just dream about it instead and perhaps save a pound or two. I'll be back!

Great experience! Our server Sammy was very personable and outgoing. He was a super attentive server and was doing an awesome job making sure all his tables were taken care of and not waiting in anything. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location.

Had lunch here midday over the weekend. Restaurant wasn't too crowded and we were seated promptly and provided a high chair. Our waitress, Lexy, was delightful. From the first order of our drinks until the check was requested, she provided prompt, non-intrusive, charming service. We had the cheese fries, burger, and sirloin. Everything was cooked to correct temp per request. Mashed potatoes and Caesar salad were on point. I hadn't been to an Outback in decades but I would certainly return to this location!

First time here, read bad things about the place and they aren't kidding. I ordered the 18oz bone in ribeye with a salad and baked potato. Salad and spud were good. Steak tasted ok but was missing that grill flavor. Almost as if it came right out of the sous vide and spent 30 seconds on the grill. Service was ok until after I ordered them they vanished. A worker from the kitchen brought my food out. Only a handful of tables. Bartender was friendly and attentive. I'll try this place again; but if I get the same thing I'm just going to move on.

Wonderful waitress named Morgan. We had a big group she was fast attentive and very pleasant. Made our visit very enjoyable.

Location is short staffed, servers seemed to be trying really hard though. Overall meal was just okay.. steak was good, ribs were cold and tasted as if they had been sitting in the walkin unwrapped.
