Coles Kirrawee

Supermarket

👍👍 Opened 14 NOV 18, so this store is super modern. Better & wider selection then both Coles Miranda & Sutherland. Nice wide aisles too. Easy access to all the well merchandised products. All brand new, squeaky clean and hi-tech. People often mention items, staff, store, Coles, shop, serve, supermarket,

I don't shop at major supermarkets anymore. I'm sick and tired of their price increases. The ever shrinking package sizes of items. And the continuous phasing out of quality products being substituted by their own generic brands sourced from third world countries. And then to top it off, l gotta scan and pack all my shopping and get no discount for taking the place of employees who would be entitled to all of the rights of the Australian employees award. This is a modern form of slavery where we do all the work and then pay them! I stand up for human rights and boycott supermarkets at least once a month. I shop at independent retailers.

Big store. Has some new self serve checkouts with the belt like the manned ones. Signage could be better. It was difficult to locate butter, despite asking staff.

If you want a place that stinks of BO.. Go after 830 on a Monday night. I swear the staff don't know where the deodorant isle is. Most of them STANK. A few were swearing at each other and in conversation. Not the place to go in the evening.

This is by far my favourite Coles. It is HUGE. It has so much variety. I love the delicatessen. There is plenty of parking down below and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

A reasonably modern store bit it could be set out better abd locating staff for assistance in the isles! Well forget it! A reasonably good range of goods but many items overpriced

Many horrible experiences with click and collect despite giving them multiple chances to redeem themselves. Made to wait over an hour (even though I came within my pickup time) because the staff "all went home at 4pm", couldn't find my groceries, and forgot half my items. I was asked to come back three days in a row and still didn't receive all my items. As a former employee myself I can confirm that this job is not that hard to do. Prior to Covid, Coles staff were trained in multiple/all departments. If this was still the case I would have all my items and wouldn't be writing this review.

Nice how the staff racially profile myself and my pregnant wife at the self serve checkout thinking we’re going to knock off some groceries. If you’re so worried about that then instead of three staff standing around, you get rid of the self serve counters and have it the way it use to be and staff ring through your items. Sick of you telling us lies that we have to scan certain items first but not tell everyone else that are scanning the same items at the self serve, you were definitely profiling us and I’m sick of it. I myself do not feel welcome into that store every time I shop there! Im very disappointed Coles.

Cannot be happier with the service I received in the Cole’s bakery section at Kirrawee. I sought the assistance of ‘Michelle’ on Thursday with regard to a certain dessert. She not only checked the rest of the store without any luck but advised me that she would try to keep one for me when it arrived in the next day or so. She was amazing and said she would let me know if any delivery of the dessert had arrived. Can’t speak highly enough of her. Thanks Michelle.

Nice new supermarket. Should serve the incoming residents of South Village well.

Joke of a store, staff stand there and talk watching you put $250 worth of shopping through yourself with no registers open, and witnessed an older lady trying to operate the self serve register with them just standing there talking to each other, disgraceful. Our organisation will not be using this coles in the future.

Hey midsize Coles supermarket which is kept clean. There is a range of international and local produce. It's a reasonable Coles supermarket but the prices are still inflated unnecessarily

This a such a MASSIVE store with the best selections of literally everything. I love their selection of flowers 🌷🌸🌷 and plants so many super cute items 🌿 The bakery section is on point with so many fresh items 🥖🥐🍞🥨 The meat and deli section at the back is amazing with the most awesome display ever. This is a super trendy and modern Colse. All sections are HUGE! It does get very busy totally worth it! Everything in one place. Highly recommend this store 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A couple of weeks ago I bought a fish which turned out rotten. Now for a few days I have been trying to redeem my damn points. When clicking the redeem button the web-site either hangs forever showing bouncing dots or says: oops, try later. Maybe I will try another supermarket. Also they like to spam me saying: try this, try that. And almost always that product is unavailable, not just out of stock, but likely never was sold at this store. Waste of time.

When this Coles first opened, I was genuinely pretty impressed by the service, the quality of staff and the amazing range of groceries that were available. However, I have slowly become more and more dissapointed in this branch of Coles by their lack of handling of trollies. Customers are more and more frequently leaving trollies all over the complex. Not only is it turning our beloved South Village into an eye sore, but these trollies are such a hazard to cars, pedestrians and pretty much everyone who shops here at Coles. Woolworths and Aldi have had the right idea with their trollies from the get-go. Come on Coles! You can do better!

A nice large supermarket in a complex where you also Aldi and Woolworths across the road. Carry a good range, plenty of parking.

How can a shop work until 11pm but certain fresh products removed at 7-8pm or no deli cutting after 7pm... Overall not a bad shop but these examples ruin the shopping experience

😠 One of the most unorganised store I ever visited.I was there around 6:30 pm and stockpiles were everywhere on the floor. I guess the staff doesn't care about their customers and their safety. Luck of management and lack of care, but obviously not customer care or service. I have taken a few photos t...

😠 The worst customer’s service experience that i’ve ever got in my life. The cashier lady named “Helena” was too rude and kinda of racist to me as an Asian customer. 🫤 This woolies is below standard. The fruit and veg are meagre and shelves are poorly stocked. There is usually only one person on the main checkout resulting in delays that exceed the time to shop for a weeks groceries. My wife and I usually spend around $700 per month at woollies and have done over...
