I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and the service has always been great! This is now the only place that I get my eyebrows done. I recently started getting body waxing done also and it has been surprisingly really gentle. Would definitely recommend.

Just got my eyebrows threaded and the server was extremely rude and borderline aggressive. While she was threading my eyebrows she didn’t have manners at all. She’s taken off so much hair and when I looked concerned she tried to blame it on my skin being dry? My friend that was with me saw her roll her eyes while she was serving me as well when I didn’t say much at all throughout the process. I’ve come here for ages but will not be coming back again at all. The staff need an attitude adjustment.

Really good salon, the staff is really nice and professional. The lady that does my eyebrows is really gentle and shapes my eyebrows really well. She also makes me feel very comfortable with making conversation and being extremely polite. Highly suggest this place 😇

Excellent service from Nika x care and time for me so me eyebrows were perfect! I have been coming for 3 years and no one else can do my brows like Noka! I am always very happy with them !!!

Amazing service have had my brows waxed, threading & tinting done numerous times and they are fantastic. Very happy always and would happily recommend.

First time I went, the lady was super rude with me because I was having my sushi inside the store, while I was waiting (30minutes) and I was not supposed to be eating there as it is not permitted. " OMG the chances of having a coffee falling in that floor are much bigger than of a sushi falling ... Anyway, I stopped eating and had my eyebrow done. This weekend I went for having it for the second time. There were nobody inside the store apart from another client waiting. I waited for around 20 minutes inside the shop, and nobody showed up. Impressive how bad they are with client's. It look like they have not been paid for that. I am not asking a favour but only for a service. It's annoying how bad the service is in here.

Unfortunately I had threading done and ended up with severe breakouts that felt like a rash on my face. I've had threading done on many occasions before and never experienced pain during the process or a reaction afterward. It felt at times like my face was being cut, so may have been ripping the skin instead of the hair out. Unfortunately I had these breakouts for my wedding day and were extremely difficult to cover. The lady was lovely during the treatment, and was available at short notice, therefore two stars for that.

HORRIBLE PLACE horrible staff and service I asked for threading and tint. After she applied the tint I looked at it and complained it wasn't straight and the same and they continued to argue with me saying it was fine. They refused to give my money back and I told them to remove it. Never go there. Horrible.
