Monkey mania was very clean and had delicious coffee! Upon entry, the reception was incredibly friendly and gave me a free drink voucher, which I could claim at the cafe ( coffee was absolutely divine! ) kids were satisfied in the play area and had some hot food. Parent bathroom is very clean and private. All round, a really good day! And on our way out, the kids got a balloon!

We had our daughters 6th birthday at Monkey Mania and it was absolutely fantastic! We had the candy party room and our daughter loved it! All the kids loved the play area and the food and the whole party was fun :) they provide you with a team member to run the party too- so as the parents we thought this was fantastic as we could just sit back and relax and enjoy the party 🙌🏻

Great spot to take the kids. Perfect for kids aged 2 to 10. Huge jungle gym with loads of climbs, slides, ball area and basketball court. The air guns that shoot the soft balls are tons of fun, even for the adults. Upon entry you get a free coffee/drink to relax and watch the kids. We have been back multiple times.

amazing place to take the kids! i have come in several times and am never dissatisfied with the service here. kids always have an absolute blast and are always excited to run around the play equipment! would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for an easy way to keep the kiddies entertained for the day :)

Absolutely loved my daughter's birthday party, our host was amazing with the little kids and the adult platters YUMMY!!! Definitely recommend Monkey Mania gosford.

My daughter had her 5th birthday party here and I could not fault it. As a parent it was the most easy and relaxed party. The host did everything from give the children their food to offering party games got Max the monkey in and also gathered the children for the birthday cake. The party host was happy and welcoming and explained everything on the day. I would highly recommend it as a stress free party for the parents and a enjoyable party for the children.

Went into monkey mania on a rainy day and the staff were really friendly, I had a fantastic time at Monkey mania! The play areas were exciting and safe for kids, and the cafe offered delicious food. A special thanks to Jess, who’s friendly and attentive service made the visit even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to return!

Arrived 30 min before closing over $30 for 2 children did not charge for adults. What a rort!!!! Play area and bathrooms were clean but floor in sitting area were disgusting there was chips, mandarins and looked like some kids had squeezed tomato sauce under table. Go elsewhere flip out gosford o

Heaps great place to go with little kids. I went with my cousins and they loved it. Food is on the pricey end but to be expected at a kids play place i suppose. The staff were great as well, the girl at the cafe, amy, was very friendly amd helped add to the atmosphere.

Could not be happier with my experience! We had my niece’s 6th birthday here a couple of weeks ago and the team at monkey mania were phenomenal. Amy served me over the phone to organise the party and they were so helpful making sure we got everything we wanted out of the event. And then Nick was an incredible party host who was professional and friendly and did an amazing job making sure the kids had the best time. Would definitely recommend !!

Place is run down and not maintained. Air machines that fire balls don't work and there are hardly any balls for the kids to play with. Clearly they cur costs on maintenance and upkeep. Even their ice cream unit is out of order. I saw your response, I was there on saturday and there were next to no balls. It's been that way for months.

My little one had the best time here for her 6th birthday! It is a great clean place with a fun, kind environment that is perfect for your kids. The service was phenomenal, thank you Amy for the excellent time we had! It is definitely worth taking your children here to make some very good memories!

My daughter attended a party at Monkey Mania a few weeks ago and has not quit raving about it since!. The staff were friendly and possessed an obvious passion for their jobs. Further, the facilities themselves were pristine. For the entirety of the party you couldn't wipe the smile off my daughters face - special thanks to Nick who had her reeling with laughter the entire time. Further the food and drink were exceptional, I was worried I'd have to sit around munching on cold, cheap food but this was not the case. The adult platters were divine and I enjoyed the most wonderful coffee from the lovely Amy. I will certainly be back (I don't think my daughter will leave me a choice), cannot recommend more highly.

We had a party for our two sons 5 and 8, on the weekend at Monkey Mania Gosford. It could not have been easier, from booking the event to the party day everything was taken care of. The kids had an absolute ball between the play structure, laser tag and the party room. Highly recommended if you are looking for a hassle free party

Our experience at Monkey Mania was extremely disappointing. We attended a birthday party, and despite our 1-year-old being asleep in a pram and not using any facilities, we were demanded to pay a hefty $16.50 entry fee. The staff member was not apologetic as claimed but rather rude, insinuating that we might scam them. I couldn't find any clear mention of this policy on their website, which lacks transparency. No alternatives were suggested, and we were left with limited options. Charging for no exchange of goods or services is unreasonable. It's worth noting that we would have been more than happy to pay for our baby if she had been using the facilities, and we even offered to do so if she woke up (despite knowing full well she would sleep the entirety of the party in her pram as it was her nap time) Our daughter's request to have her birthday party here is now out of the question, as I would be embarrassed and disappointed if our guests had a similar encounter.
