We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment on Darly Road. It was perfectly situated between Manly Beach and the harbour ferry. Festive and lively on the weekends, and quiet and peaceful during the week. Loads of great eateries. We had a great beach holiday, and got in some amazing harbour bush walks as well.

Highly recommended. I was so impressed by the service and the quality of the apartments. The team goes above and beyond to provide assistance. In fact I stopped using AirBNB and I dealt with Apartment Services Directly. I will be using them again on my next trip home to Sydney.

The Apartment Service has been amazing. Relatives who came from London were very well looked after, particularly after a long journey to Sydney to see family and friends. I used the Apartment Service for a friend visiting Sydney. Apartment was beautiful, so clean , layout was lovely, comfortable, just like your home away from home. Great views and location. Staff easy to communicate with and so helpful. Would definitely recommend for short or longer stays.

What service? They confirmed storing $ 1,500 worth of clothing I accidentally left at the property I rented but when I contacted them to pick it up they ‘had lost’ it. Called them >10 times as well as visited the office. No proper response, not returning calls. Disgraceful.

We stayed for 3 months in a fully furnished apartment in the heart of Sydney and very closer to CBD. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities and the place was fantastic. It was a perfect 3 month stay in the apartment. We were also given a starter kit while moving in including a detailed explanation (with pics) of the apartment amenities. Rachel who was our property manager was in constant touch with me throughout the 3 months and made sure we had everything needed and if in case something was missing, she replaced it. Overall a fantastic experience!! Thanks Apartment Service and look forward to booking with you again in future 😀

We spent 11 nights in the Haris apartment in early March and had a wonderful time. The view was simply amazing and the apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The service provided was exemplary and although we did have a couple of issues which were not caused by The Apartment Service, Jenny from The Apartment Service came right over to assist and get things corrected. We really appreciated the high level of commitment to customer service and will use The Apartment Service again. Thank you!

---------WARNING ---Do NOT let this The Apartment Service manage your property - I use them to rent my apartment and the low grade guest they had in my place -destroyed and ruined the whole apartment they put the antique chandeliers out on the balcony in the weather totally rusted - this is just one of the many problems the guest did.. THE APARTMENT SERVICE - did nothing to fix the damage there guest did,-- this company is so unprofessional. - they say they vet all the guest but clearly they do not and according to the body corporate the low grade guest clearly were not vetted in a high end property ..... the level of customer service i received was minus zero - So use them at your own risk.
