WORST
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
EVER
EXPERIENCED!
I
100%
agree
with
the
many
previous
negative
customer
reviews
written
here.
The
recent
5
star
reviews
with
no
comments
are
definitely
fake
ones
put
in
by
employees
for
sure!
The
customer
service
ladies
each
and
every
time
I
call
through
are
rude
from
the
get
go,
no
care
for
the
customer
whatsoever,
sound
like
they
are
so
irritated
to
pick
up
the
call
as
they
have
become
so
accustomed
to
the
constant
complaints
from
paying
customers
about
non
deliveries
and
no
notice
price
rises
that
they
just
can’t
stand
their
job!
As
a
business
owner
myself,
I
can
completely
understand
that
there
are
processes
to
follow,
and
there
are
delays
and
short
staff
issues
especially
in
this
current
climate,
but
to
be
waiting
over
a
week
for
a
$500
credit
to
be
processed
which
was
confirmed
by
Yasmin
in
customer
service
and
then
yet
still
being
charged
without
the
credit
being
factored
in
is
UNACCEPTABLE.
To
top
it
off
then
have
the
audacity
to
talk
back
to
the
customer
and
interrupt
me
with
your
excuses
when
I
had
to
call
back
again
to
chase
up!
No
apologies
given
and
no
eff
you
see
kays
given
by
this
horrendous
team
of
staff
representing
this
company!
A
simple
apology
or
empathy
towards
to
the
customer
could
have
made
the
situation
better
but
in
typical
robot
fashion
my
feedback
has
been
palmed
off
to
“management”
meaning
nothing
will
be
done.
This
is
not
a
once
off
issue,
there
is
always
something
wrong
with
nearly
every
order,
PFD
has
gone
downhill
and
we
have
done
business
with
them
since
2013
and
gave
them
another
chance
this
year
and
unfortunately
we
are
looking
at
setting
up
accounts
with
other
competitors
as
we
speak.
I
will
say
though,
Tony
our
regular
delivery
driver
IS
BLOODY
AWESOME
AND
HARDWORKING
and
deserves
a
bonus!
