    Disgusting customer service. Unreliable sales representatives that are always changing. Prices increase on a fortnightly basis. I have dealt with PFD for over 2.5 years. Sales rep and whoever answers your calls in customer service does NOT communicate whatsoever. Increased minimum order from $150 (initial contract) to $250 without notice. Attempted to make us order $500 so we get our delivery next day knowing we need what was ordered Again without prior notice. Simply short of daylight robbery. This company has no integrity. Does NOT reward loyalty. Extremely rude customers vice with a "take is or leave it" attitude. Be warned. DO NOT use as your supplier, you WILL regret it.

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED! I 100% agree with the many previous negative customer reviews written here. The recent 5 star reviews with no comments are definitely fake ones put in by employees for sure! The customer service ladies each and every time I call through are rude from the get go, no care for the customer whatsoever, sound like they are so irritated to pick up the call as they have become so accustomed to the constant complaints from paying customers about non deliveries and no notice price rises that they just can’t stand their job! As a business owner myself, I can completely understand that there are processes to follow, and there are delays and short staff issues especially in this current climate, but to be waiting over a week for a $500 credit to be processed which was confirmed by Yasmin in customer service and then yet still being charged without the credit being factored in is UNACCEPTABLE. To top it off then have the audacity to talk back to the customer and interrupt me with your excuses when I had to call back again to chase up! No apologies given and no eff you see kays given by this horrendous team of staff representing this company! A simple apology or empathy towards to the customer could have made the situation better but in typical robot fashion my feedback has been palmed off to “management” meaning nothing will be done. This is not a once off issue, there is always something wrong with nearly every order, PFD has gone downhill and we have done business with them since 2013 and gave them another chance this year and unfortunately we are looking at setting up accounts with other competitors as we speak. I will say though, Tony our regular delivery driver IS BLOODY AWESOME AND HARDWORKING and deserves a bonus!

    Incompitant bunch who has no idea what they are doing - we missed a whole days trade and paid staff because they did not make a delivery on time on the day and asked to send next day and made us wait all day. Do not answer calls or return calls.

    I have been a chef for nearly 40years, I haven’t seen any hideous and unprofessional place like PFD. It’s like a faulty tower. The manager and the staff are unprofessional. I don’t recommend it to anyone, in a matter of fact, it’s a punishment. I have been punished for the last 2 years like Alibaba and the 40 thieves. It’s a disgrace of the hospitality and central coast. And this is the word coming from anexperience chef. If I can, I would give them 0.

    Poor customer service. Rude phone staff who want to say it's not there fault whilst constantly talking over you. Then u wanna hang up on me. You send me the wrong product then make it almost impossible to return it.

    One of delivery driver THREATENED TO PUNCH ME AND SLAP ME as he was delivering in the loading dock. Reason , why I asked him not to block my shop with RUBBISH TROLLEYS witch was loaded on the side. He refused to move them away and kept pushing the trolleys BACK. I finally said to him I’m gonna call the POLICE and record him he then finally walked away

    On Friday morning 27 May 2022, I was struggling with a tyre issue at a petrol station in Cammeray when one of your employees, Bill stopped and offered me help. I told him I was about to depart to drive to Orange and that I was concerned about one of my tyres. In the end to fix the issue he had to jack up my car remove the tyre and put it back on. He could have easily walked past me, but he didn't and this meant I made it to Orange and back with a number of passengers without having an accident. You are lucky to have an employee of this calibre. I really wanted to express how impressed I was by his kindness and I wanted to pass on my thanks. Kind regards Philippa

    Bad customer service. Overpriced. Constantly changing pricing without notice. Very take it or leave it attitude. Change delivery date without notice and then did not deliver goods or contact to say goods will not be delivered. Go to Midwest, they will at fix their mistakes.

    Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they didn’t bring a delivery on Friday then brought a double delivery on Saturday, they are completely useless but unfortunately they are a cartel and if you run a restaurant in sydney no choice but to use them, I think they realise this that’s why they are so terrible
