trainers
at
Virgin
Active!
He
has
been
fantastic
in
helping
me
achieve
my
goals
and
progress
my
fitness
journey.
He
is
very
professional,
knowledgeable,
and
will
push
you
to
do
your
personal
best.
By
working
with
Lucas,
I
have
gained
the
confidence
to
use
the
equipment
and
work
out
on
the
gym
floor.
I
also
learnt
how
to
complete
exercises
correctly
and
safely,
build
strength,
and
achieve
my
body
recomposition
goal
to
tone
up
for
my
wedding
(to
lose
fat
and
gain
muscle).
The
approach
Lucas
has
extends
beyond
a
program.
Lucas
is
precise
in
measuring
your
progress
each
week,
along
with
monthly
weigh-ins
at
the
gym.
He
ensures
your
exercises
are
executed
safely,
correctly,
and
efficiently
to
maximise
your
workout.
Additionally,
he
is
a
great
teacher
by
demonstrating
specific
exercises,
and
WHY
doing
things
a
certain
way
can
help
maximise
outcomes
for
you.
Outside
of
PT
sessions
at
the
gym,
Lucas
also
has
a
holistic
perspective
on
health.
He
will
check
in
with
you
on
your
diet,
stress,
and
sleeping
habits
(such
as
eating
the
right
macros,
consuming
the
appropriate
calories
to
achieve
your
goals,
going
to
the
sauna,
finding
time
to
meditate).
I
find
this
a
refreshing
approach
and
encourages
me
to
be
more
considered
with
my
overall
health
and
wellbeing.
Overall,
I
cannot
recommend
Lucas
enough!
He
is
a
vibrant,
energetic,
and
positive
person.
His
enthusiasm
is
infectious,
and
he
has
so
much
experience
to
share
and
help
you
be
the
best
version
of
yourself!
