I ordered flowers to be delivered to my moms work on her birthday and she loved them. They were delivered exactly as I requested and absolutely stunning. This morning, I bought a soft toy from the clearance basket outside the shop. On my way back from my errands, I passed in front of the shop again holding my toy (no bag was offered on purchase) and I kept walking towards Woolworth when a woman came running after me and very rudely asked where I got that toy from. Luckily I did have the docket in my purse but felt very embarrassed and humiliated by her attitude. No apologies was offered just a "nevermind"

I've now received two stunning bouquets from this lovely shop and the flowers and arrangements are incredible. The lady who has delivered them has been so patient with my difficult dog guarding the house and I am so grateful. Beautiful flowers that seem to last weeks.

It was a sweltering hot day, I was not home, and they went to the trouble of finding a container to put them in water and leave at our front door with card in the letterbox. I often have flowers delivered to friends and have been very happy with the beautiful arrangements sent from this florist. When I have purchased bunches of flowers from this shop and taken them home, the flowers last between 2 to 3 weeks which is so much longer than others. Their shop is convenient in Umina shopping centre and the display of flowers and gifts is a delight to see. I love the scented candles perfume as you walk by as well. I will never forget the wonderful tribute to the Anzacs the window displayed a couple of years ago. Very nice shop and great service.

States they shut at 5 but they shut at 4:30 when we got there
