My partner and I visited BCF today and had the pleasure of being helped by Aaron. Not only was he polite and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest whilst helping us shop for our road trip. From fridges, hot plates to gazebos! Purchased a tent the other day and set it up this morning, found out it had a broken clip. Rang and spoke with the store whom went above and beyond in service with even having a range of tents available for us to look at to replace the broken one. Over the years we have have spent thousands at this store. My 12 year old sons spent over $400 of their Christmas money on fishing tackle. While one of them was fishing on his kayak, his Samaki lure box and 2 of the lures he bought were damaged by sun exposure. This stuff is outdoor sporting gear, so should be sun tolerant. When I took them back, I was basically stonewalled with refusal to help in anyway, being told that sun damage on pretty much new and unused items isn’t covered by any warranty. I was told, quite rudely by the manager, that the manufacturers wouldn’t take them back so basically, ‘p#ss off’.

I placed an order to be delivered originally for my stepson's camping trip not realising the trip was for tomorrow. I went onto your live chat and spoke with a Michael who managed to cancel the order for me so I was able to do a click and collect instead. He was incredibly friendly and very helpful making sure that the store had what I needed. It was my first order with BCF and because of that kind of service it definitely will not be my last. Good on you for having such an awesome employee on hand!

This is a smaller store but have a great range of practical products. Their solar panel and battery section is excellent, small cooler, fridge and tent section down the back should be looked at. Older male staff member asked me if I needed any assistance. I had a good experience on this visit!

Came in with my partner to get our first fishing rod, Steve was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction to get us started. Overall very knowledgeable about fishing and the items stocked, looking forward to catching a fish with the new gear!
