Beware...Job was nothing like what i was sold on to begin with. "Free dinners! Unlimited OT! Flexible hours! Great place to work!" All a bunch of fluff. Do not become a tool whatever you do. Employees are treated terribly, overworked and under appreciated by a CEO who is in over his head. Great product, poor leadership. Absolute chaos. Not to mention they've changed their comp plan 3 times within the past year, lying to current and potential employees. Unrealistic metrics coupled with insane work hours. Absolutely no work/life balance. You will hate life. Could not think of a worse job or place to work...

Rude staff. I visited the store and the sale person was least interested in guiding me about the product that I was looking for. I had to ask her a few times to make her look into the system, if she has the product in stock at the back. And guess what it was in stock. Instead of being apologetic she decided to not to sell the product at member price.

I like the different options u got to choose, big shop and nice customer service specially the Greek lady was amazing. Will definitely go there again

When i walked in a worker and a manger was just sitting down at the front desk doing absolutely nothing waiting for the time to pass, didnt even say hello or even look up. A lady named Joanne had to assist me with everything she is a lovely lady. She should get a pay rise or a promotion or something, shame on Mangers and Rsea.

Excellent service, the girls went above and beyond for my order. The item I wanted wasn't avaliable in store as it was being transferred to another one. But the girls made it happen. Thanks Nikki and team for all your help! I also left my wallet at home and had to quickly run back home to get it, the girls stayed back past closing time to help finialise my order. Big shout out to Joanne for her help and knowledge in choosing my correct fitting footwear. She explained how a shoe should fit properly and how the different styles would fit my foot. Will definitely be shopping here again.

The staff today wasn't bothered to help anyone, they were too busy talking and discussing weekend plans. Poker face staff will drive your business to disasters. Educate them and train them properly.

Asked staff for assistance. The lady was uninterested and not bothered, told us this is a safety store and best to go to a another shoe store for leather safety shoes. Felt unwelcomed for a young girl, however, the man at the register was rather lovely. If your customers are unsure, guide them and provide advice, especially when it's a first time experience.

Great range of work boots to choose from, staff all seemed very kind and endearing. Joanne was a great help, she noticed I needed assistance and came over right away. I explained my work circumstances and she knew exactly what to get me. Would definitely come back

Price gouging on P2 face masks selling them for $15 each! Disgraceful and low act taking advantage of the current situation instead of being loyal to their customers. You buy the masks from 3M who have reduced the wholesale price of face masks only to resell them 7 yes SEVEN TIMES the price you paid for them wholesale.

Well priced best range if they don't have it they can order for you won't go anywhere else now!

Horrible service provided by RSEA Wetherill park store. Placed 2 orders for a month, 1 order sent to wrong receiver, 1 order sent 2 weeks ago still not received, asked them follow up as they sent order, however they ask us to follow up the delivery, excuse we don't know where did you send how we follow up the delivery?? Item my lost in transit ask for credit now just been told have to waiting for the delivery no credit will provided, have been waiting for a month still need wait??? Very poor service.

RSEA Wetherill Park are the only safety store in the area to sell electrolyte ice-blocks actually FROZEN !! Amazing !! A savoir for our staff with today's 42 degrees.
