    After working in gyms and attending different gyms for years UBX sets the standard at the top, the trainers, the owners and the concept is second to none. I would highly recommend anybody of any ability to just give it a go. The trainers and staff are friendly very welcoming and the work out goes far beyond a normal gym session. Don't let the word boxing worry you, weather it's your first time putting gloves on you will be shown the correct method of how-to box and get the most out of your work out with a mixture of resistance training included- Turn up anytime and within 3 mins you start your 45 min work out. Best gym in town! Thanks legends

    UBX is a solid 10/10. The facility is super clean with a huge variety of workouts, the staff are all incredibly friendly and put a huge effort into making you feel welcome and not only that; they are all incredibly knowledgeable. Starting fresh at a gym is daunting for all of us, especially if it is the start of your fitness journey, however after the first session you will see exactly why UBX is suitable for everyone and not egotistical one bit. If you're looking for a change or starting out fresh this is the place for you. With the variety of exercises, fitness-based training camps and camaraderie you will never look back. Thank you, Mike, Leon, Day and the team you're all what make UBX what it is.

    I’m having SO much fun with the crew here!! I’ve been apart of several different gyms over the years, and 3 boxing-focused gyms before finding UBX North Sydney. I walked in with high hopes and high expectations to match the vibe of the gym I was heavily intertwined with back home in America. Leon and Mike specifically have already gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, and this gym is the last puzzle piece I was missing in my life since moving across the world. Walking in, I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the “open hours” and the way the 12 rounds are structured, but now that I’ve seen it in action, I actually prefer this over specific class times! The coaches are extremely interactive during the entire time they’re open, and I love that I’m able to get pad work in with every workout - and it’s included in my normal membership!! I’ve never had this level of coaching on just a basic gym membership - I wish every gym I went to was like this! In conclusion, I highly recommend UBX North Sydney and am soooo happy I found them.

    I can not recommend UBX North Sydney enough! From day one I felt comfortable here despite never going to a gym before. The team at UBX North Sydney are super supportive and friendly and the workouts themselves are great and I love the fact that everyday its something new.

    If you’ve ever wanted to give boxing a go or are looking for a new gym, I would highly recommend UBX north Sydney! Mike, Leon and the other trainers are incredible at what they do and have worked so hard to create a community that is undeniably supportive and just an overall great vibe. The workouts can be catered to all levels so don’t feel afraid to try out something new! Love the work you guys do, thank you for training us all :)

    Whether you are looking for a sweat, to make some new friends, learn something new, or to get yourself into great shape - this is the gym to come to. The trainers are top notch - encouraging, helpful, and there to teach you something new and help you find your next level, no matter your starting point. The squad is a reflection of the great attitude of the coaches with Mike, Leon, and the rest of the crew always bringing 100% with a smile on their face. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner, or someone who has done boxing before - there's so much to get out of joining up and sticking with it. If you're thinking of joining, don't hesitate! You'll be glad that you did.

    12RND North Sydney is a great place to workout. Mike and the other trainers are always there to challenge me and support me on my healthy journey. The equipment at North Sydney 12RND are all top tier, and it’s always a friendly and supportive place to work out.

    Amazing gym! You do a mix of boxing and cardio and strength exercises every session and the trainers are very friendly and always there to help you achieve your goals. I've learned so much thank you team! Highly recommended!!

    UBX is a great way of keeping fit whilst building strength because the exercises they incorporate achieve both. Its a great motivated environment with modern equipment and a great sound system. They teach you the fundamentals of boxing which you to execute on the bags within your session, further more one of the couches will run you through some boxing drills using focus mitts. It’s a complete body workout!! They sometimes do mini challenges where you win prices which keeps you engaged in a fun manor. If you’re in the area it’s well worth checking out.

    Hi everyone, last week I did the one-week free workout. I usually run at the gym (51km) every day, but I wanted to try something new, so I decided after my run at 4:40am to go to the 5:30am UBX class and do the workout for that week; it was gratifying. The exercises were varied at every stage and every day. I learned some boxing fundamentals, challenged myself and didn’t feel the time pass; the members were all amicable, encouraging and helpful. I didn’t feel out of place even though I was a total beginner. I highly recommend this gym - thank you North Sydney UBX team!

    An amazing clean and modern gym with a great atmosphere! Everyone from the trainers to the members are extremely friendly, never feeling intimidated to walk into the gym. Starting with no boxing skills, to now being able to do combos it’s all thanks to the patience and amazing training from the coaches! Completely hooked 😊😊

    Absolutely love it here! I joined as a beginner to boxing and have noticed such a huge improvement to my fitness. The workouts are heaps of fun and the trainers always take the time to help you improve your technique every session. Mike, Leon and the team are so welcoming and motivating, I couldn't recommend this gym highly enough!

    Excellent gym with supporting and motivating staff always willing to help you achieve your goals. Their workout sessions are always challenging but with a sense that you can see improvement from week to week. Their challenges, milestone system and goals keep you motivated always making you try your best. The staff really makes you feel part of a team.

    Love this gym! Great place to challenge your fitness and learn new boxing techniques. I really enjoy the self-paced structure. Great vibes and energy. The trainers are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely awesome gym! (not to be confused with UBX in Crows Nest) This is framed as a boxing gym but it's suitable for all skill levels and basically uses all the training elements boxers use to get into peak physical health, without having to actually getting into a ring to spar. Mike and the other coaches are extremely helpful, super knowledgeable, supportive and the atmosphere really keeps everyone going. 100% would recommend anyone giving it a go!

    Love this gym! It is the fittest I have ever been and I leave with a smile after every session! All the trainers are super friendly and well skilled. They get to know you and help push you when you need it, but also adapt to any changes in your fitness required. 100% recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

    Run by two legends - I've been going for 3 moths now and have loved every minute of it. My favourite part is how personalised the experience is with committed staff looking to help improve everything from boxing skill, strength and stamina! Thoroughly recommend it

    First up, I joined mum for her weekly boxing PT with Tim. We had a good laugh and I think mum got a little too excited about punching me (when we were supposed to be tapping). Then I stuck around for one of their sessions. This place is cool. It’s like F45 for boxing. Stations are set up with screens to show you the exercises. Boxing combos and a mix of cardio, core and strength woven in to the circuit. The gym is open in time blocks so you can come and start the circuit when you like during that time (amazing) and the instructors jump in and do pad /technique work with you too. One of the things that usually puts me off going to a boxing class is being paired up with someone who’s a different level to you - so this kind of workout is PERFECT! 3 days on and everything hurts still 😂

    Since joining 12RND North Sydney Studio I was initially skeptical of the boxing atmosphere, but once I got through my trial, I haven't looked back since. I Love It. Its fun, energetic and I never, not look forward to going to the gym. I have tried many gyms in my time, and this by far has been the best and made the most improvement on my health. Fantastic community of members and trainers that support you in every session. Looking for a change...? Look no further, 12RND North Sydney!!

    I was happily suprised how good training place 12rnd north sydney was after my first session! Now I have been going there for a month and I can just say positive things about this gym and all the staff who I have met so far. The staff are very friendly, professional and teaches you how to make your boxing skills and training better. I’m enjoying every workout there!

    I've known one of the owners, Mike, for many years. He's an honest, professional and hard-working guy who puts a lot of energy into his business. People looking to join this gym can be assured they will be very well looked after. You will receive excellent value for money, attention to your individual needs and most importantly, have a good laugh along the way. In my work as a chiropractor, I am very interested in learning about the different options for keeping fit. 12RND is a fantastic mix of boxercise and functional training. You can be assured every workout gets you sweating and feeling great. Mike and Will are also both extremely good looking so it really is a no-brainer, JOIN NOW!

    A great workout. Much less monotonous than other functional circuit training classes. Turn up when you want, do as much or as little as you feel, and learn some real boxing skills. And boxing is a great all over workout so you tone up and get fit quickly.

    I have just completed my first 28 days at 12RND North Sydney and it has completely rejuvenated my love for training. Heavy bags, kettlebells, Speed Balls, sleds, One on One pad work, and most importantly, an epic group of trainers who are friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in the technical aspects of boxing. I love the ease of it all. Rock up, wrap up, jump into the circuit, and go hard! I can already see that rocking up to this gym on a consistent basis is going to get me into great shape, and I’ll also be able to throw a few wicked combos! I’ve never been so pumped to get out of bed at 4:50am. Cheers Mike and the crew!

    My favourite gym! Since joining, I've gained physical strength and a toned physique, and quality friends. The community and the instructors are second to none! Initially I was dubious when I tried the 28 day program ... the proof is in the pudding - I never left!

    Do not have a bad word to say about this place! Mike and the team are incredibly dedicated to the members and are some of the kindest people I’ve come across. The gym has an awesome community feel which helps make the tough workouts fun. Wouldn’t think twice about recommending it to anyone I know - regardless of fitness level!

    Went here over a year ago and did a trial session - could not join at the time due to work commitments and location. That trial session was all I needed to know that this is a 10/10 club with exactly what I needed for powerful strength and cardio routine! Fast forward to now and I have finally joined the club! Caters to all fitness levels which is amazing..I was almost fully wiped out the first time (in a good way!) and a few weeks/sessions later my cardiovascular fitness and technique has already improved significantly. Could not recommend this place more! The team's great. And the sweet playlists make it all so much more enjoyable!

    Addicted from day 1! Coming in I was nervous and new to boxing but the team and members at 12RND make you feel so welcome and really work with you one on one to improve technique. 6 weeks - I've lost 1.6% body fat (even with too many cheat days 👀), have almost mastered the speed bag & have made some lovely new friends. :)
