Poor customer service and dodgy products sold here. My salt lamp cable died within 3 weeks of purchase. I called Embrace... as im vision impaired & didn't want to catch a train to Miranda for nothing. They tried to sell me another globe. I explained that I didn't need one as I'd tried a new globe & it didn't work. I was told to go in so they could test it in store. When I got there they refused to test it because they said another customer's 1 had blown up in their face! Really? Why tell me to go in? Obviously dodgy products are sold here if they blow up in your face! They would not help me, wouldn't replace my cord - which should be covered under consumer wannanty. The only thing they tried to do was sell me another globe, even though I told them that wasn't my issue... I bought a new cable elsewhere - much better. Would not buy anything from these rude time wasters again!

Embrace is excellent on all levels. Staff are informed and helpful and when I asked about a specific crystal the assistant did all she could to find out about it and learn as she had not heard of it before. 10/10

An intimate shop filled with lots of treasures. Loose crystals vary in prices from $5-$20. Shop assistant was having a very personal, largely confronting conversation that was hard to not overhear. I gave my presence to the things I was looking at and tried to not absorb the conversation. Perhaps best to catch up elsewhere to protect the space's energy ✨

Rosie Shalhoub is a fake, she pretends to be someone she isn't. She can not read your future or past & definately is a joke as a scychic. She definately does not have the word truth or honesty in her vocabulary. She is driven by money and money only. Santas little painters is a complete rip off! You can buy the same baubles from the big retailers for a fraction of what she charges. She buys xmas items from Cosco where any one can buy them except she then marks up the Cosco item by at least 200 to 400%. She states that she is a peace loving person that helps those in need. This so far from the truth.

This is such an interesting store, you could easily spend lose track of time pottering around in here as there is so much to see. The smell of the incense that was burning during my visit was delicious. They have psychic readers here, plus all things esoteric. Beautiful jewelry, crystals, giftwares, aromatherapy oils, books, incense and so much more. Worth a looksee.

Amazing girls always help me in finding whatever I need. Best prices and best services, my energy has been popping. Walked in and the music was so fun, great energy 💛💛💛

Moved to smaller location during Covid and unfortunately a lot less stock and feels quite stuffy in the shop especially during social/physical distancing. Previous location at Miranda was much better however do have some lovely products.

I just had the best experience in this store. I am now walking on air! Thank you Embrace and to all the wonderful staff xx

Embrace has been my go-to crystal store for over a year now. their products are high quality, the staff are really kind and helpful and the store has such a great energy! highly recommend 😊

I have had readings many times over the years & each time I have been blown away with the accuracy! This place is the real deal, no-one trying to take you money, they know what they are talking about and recently I found out the Owner of Embrace is also the lovely lady who paints the Christmas baubles each year and she is lovely.

Wow 🤩 Embrace has to be my new favourite shop. Beautiful crystals and homewares. Rosie, the store owner, personally helped me to find a gorgeous birthday gift for my niece. Nothing was too much trouble for her and, despite being busy, she made me feel like the most important person in her world.

By far the best crystal shop in town! Always have accomodating staff that actually care about you and are always willing to help with any needs. Definitely recommend this shop to all give it a visit.
