My son had a toothache as he lost his filling. Called at 2 pm in the afternoon and we've got a 3 pm emergency appointment. All my family is registered at Hose Side in Wallasey and always had an excellent service. I would definetly would recommend this practice to everyone.

I visited today to see the hygienist with Olivia, she made me feel at ease straight away and the clean was performed quickly. She is a credit to the team.

Just had 2 teeth extracted an hour ago. I was seen on time for my appointment. My dentist Bethany explained the procedure well and put me at ease. She was very gentle removing my teeth and I had a pain free experience.

Always greeted with smiles and made to feel at ease. They also accommodate me by seeing me in a ground floor room due to my limited mobility 👍

This is an excellent practice, been a patient for many years. Beth is so good, and so friendly and helpful. All the staff there are lovely, dentists, dental nurses, and receptionists.

i suffer with my mental health,been to other dentists who kicked me off not very understanding put it that way,tried these guys,theyre well aware of my condition and the meds that come with them,am made to feel welcome,relaxed the staff are all sympathetic, checkin up on me when check up etc is due am very forgetful so we do things by email.they tweek things here and there..if you can get in there id fully recommend them

Currently been looked after by Phil brown who I met several years ago . Phil is so compassionate and it’s a pleasure to go to the surgery . Looking forward to my next visit .

Went for my check up today, slight wait as some urgent cases seen before me. Needed hygienist appointment, due to a cancellation I was able to wait a short time and get my hygienist treatment. Can’t complain all sorted very quickly with no need to return until my next check up.

All staff are courteous, attentive and friendly. The dentists listen to your concerns and act accordingly.

Great staff, friendly and professional. Helpful in advising best treatment and try their best to accommodate time slots for when clients work full time.

I have been attending Hoseside Road Dental practise in all its guises since 1988. The standard of care and service has never faultered. I am currently under Victoria's care and find her professional, thorough and very friendly.

I started going here a few years ago after bad experiences elsewhere,my dentist Mike made me feel at ease straight away as I was a very nervous patient. I am always very well looked after and his dentistry skills are A* I would highly recommend this practice .

Always received a good level of service here. However, I was fitted for new dentures last July and they are somewhat loose. The only solution being offered to me is to order replacement dentures costing a further £300.

Everyone at the practice is so friendly, professional and put me very much at ease. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this practice.

Had a 9am appointment today. Beth, my new dentist was very personable and professional. things didn't quite go to plan due to an unusually tough cement which needed to be removed. Her colleague Andy Brown came in to assist and eventually the bridge was removed and reset. Excellent service, I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Re instated my trust in dentist again. Beth my dentist understood my anxiety and listened to me, took her time on my appt and discussed my options. Receptionist very friendly and helpful too. They have treated me for over 4 yrs after having a bad experience in the past. Highly recommend.
