My 7 year old daughter said it was the 'best day ever' before they'd even starting painting her nails so I think the surprise was a success! Thank you everyone for making her feel so special

My little girl had a pamper party for her 5th Birthday… wow! Absolutely amazing from start to finish and the attention to detail was incredible. Truly well done for this amazing experience. In every picture I took of Grace, her face depicts complete happiness and joy… a massive thank you for that! I had lots of compliments on choice of venue from the other parents. I will definitely be back for more incredible experiences for my little girl.

Took my daughter here today for her 1st haircut and honestly it was the best place ever, every little girls dream place. The staff are amazing, speaking to both my girls on their individual level. Completely drink for both girls on arrival. Absolutely perfect I every way. Can't wait to return to treat my girls to another experience. 100% recommend.

Can not thank Georgina enough for cutting Albert's hair this afternoon. Albert has many sensory issues and Georgina was absolutely wonderful with him. This was Albert's first haircut with a hairdresser and thanks to Georgina it won’t be his last, he can't wait to come back! Thank you so much, see you in 5 weeks, Michelle x

Cream of the crop experience, couldn't have picked a better place for a first haircut (and definitely many more in the future). It was well worth the 1 hour drive, thank you for everything.

Lovely experience for our little boy’s first haircut today. So patient and kind with him when he got upset and we got lovely keepsakes to put in his memory box. I was nervous about his first cut and what he would look like after, but he looks so tidy and smart while still looking like a baby. So grateful, will definitely be back!
