Many miles of trails for bike enthusiasts, walkers, hikers, and those with wheel chairs.

Great trails! Well maintained and enough options to keep you spread out so it doesn’t feel like you’re at an amusement park on a busy summer day. Many of trails are one way which helps too.

Anytime you combine clear swimming holes and slow rolling mountain biking trails, I'm in. As the founder of Bikabout.com, a travel site inspiring 2-wheeled tourism, this was one of the best yet. BEWARE of poison ivy, though.

Amazing. Absolutely stunning to see. Worth every minute of the drive to visit. Faculties are clean and to notch. Everything is easily accessed. Parking passes are $7 and it is enforced so don't skip out on paying!

Park ranger yelled at me and my girlfriend because we looked at the lake just off trail to take a couple pictures together and threatened us with a 150$ ticket. I've gone to dozens of state parks around the state and have never been treated to poorly by an employee. Couldn't pay me to come back and I urge people not come here.

I took my daughter on the paved path and let friends and family do the trails. A variety of animals we were able to see on our trip consisted of a hawk, rabbit, striped gopher and watched a big deer cross in front of us running through the woods. Even heard a woodpecker pounding on the trees. Such beautiful scenery with the lakes, trails and woods. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away, take a few pictures or just view the pretty landscape the way mother nature intended it to look.
