Had my surgery yday and had to do this because its so easy to write a bad review but when you have a great experience people just say thank you and go home well from the lady on reception to all the nurses and staff my anaesthetist and my surgeon i cant thank you enough you were all amazing everyone knows what pressures you are all put under and to work the way you do is a credit to you and liverpool and this country again thank you x

I went to the breast clinic due to a mass on my breast, and the Dr, the nurses, and everyone where so helpful and supportive, I was able to do the test and a eco without a problem, the building was clean and nice. Thanks a lot to everyone that works in that building. God bless

Exceptional Centre , I had an appointment in Ophthalmology every member of staff from the consultant , Nurses , and clerical staff all worked as a team. Exceptional treatment received from beginning to end of treatment .

Attended the Endoscopy unit here . Efficient and friendly staff. Seemed to be adequate parking. Also had a drop off area.

Superb treatment from all the staff. Friendly, helpful, professional. Had a day operation and was really well looked after. The standards these folks maintain under such woeful government support is truly awesome.

Top of their game, informative, relaxed atmosphere and really do help with the anxieties an individual has, a person centred approach at all levels and the cake downstairs in cafe par excellence! Top marks, couldn't want for a better team who have so many natural qualities from porters, cleaners, to top consultants and more, everyone works together like a well oiled machine ! So much thanks and appreciation from me.

All staff was very helpful. For all information and time I needed. Everyone was approachable and went out the extra mile to make the surgery (squint eye surgery) as painless and conformable as possible. Jenny was excellent and all doctors gave me all information I needed. Thanks to Dr Marsh, Michael and the whole team in theatre. Thank you

Bright and clean building. Busy but organised, people on hand to help. Lovely HCAs in the clinics putting you at ease and I was seen by really nice staff all round. Had a bad experience last time but was treated so nicely this time by kind and gentle staff.

Went to the breast cancer unit on friday last week. Have to say how impressed I was with all the staff from reception nursing and drs treated with so much care and respect. Very covid safe felt totally at ease.

Had a recent visit to Clinic 5 with my father who has short term memory problems. The clinic staff were so kind to him and treated him with up most care and attention. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff too. They made the appt as stress free as possible for my father. Thank you very much
