Great choice on the menu and selections did not disappoint. Salad was very crispy, food served hot and very tasty shared a starter. The sweets menu is pretty light however would really like to see more Turkish themed puddings as only one was offered so a little disappointing. Turkish lager on draft is very nice. Will be making return visits.

Lovely bistro & restaurant Staff & chefs very warm welcome Had no problems parking all free around Tyldesley & on the front but only 1/2 hour unless disabled. Starter course very tasty & main delicious They have tables & bar upstairs to, good choice of menu. Clean & nice decor. Highly recommend & use again..

This little gem of a restaurant in Tyldesley is fantastic !. Food is absolutely amazing and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Been several times now and never been disappointed.

Dined there last night for our son's 20th birthday. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Prompt and friendly service throughout. They even brought out an additional dessert at the end with a candle in as a makeshift birthday cake when they heard it was his birthday.

Had a wonderful meal, probably the best Turkish restaurant I have been to if I’m honest!! Lovely service as well. Very happy and will 100% return!! 😊 oh and the house cocktail is AMAZING!!!

Lovley food, lovley service and nice cocktails. Went on a Friday evening and it was a really nice chill vibe. The owner made so much effort for my partners birthday and had the whole restraunt singing happy birthday. A really lovley evening, would deffo recommend.

Came here on a busy Sunday evening. We were told that there would be a slight wait on food due to it being so busy and we didn't mind this because we were kept informed and the staff were attentive. The food was really fresh and was really good. Would definitely recommend. Reasonable price too.

I have to start with an acceptance that this review clearly does not reflect the majority so I would invite the "restautant" to offer some reply/mitigation. The alarm bells rang as we walked in - no smell? That might sound strange but when was the last time you walked into a chargrill based restaurant with no smell at all? No smell nor sound nor buzz of Turkish cuisine. On a Friday night? We ordered babaganoush and garlic mushrooms for starters. The babaganoush hadn't seen an aubergine and the garlic mushrooms were undercooked. As for the mains the mixed chicken and shish kebab was average. 4 cubes of each served on a slither of a wrap with oily rice and packet mixed salad. The real kicker was the claimed 'homemade" donner kebab. Not in million years was this homemade unless made in a factory in North London counts. It was poor quality and dry. Unacceptable for a £5 takeaway let alone a £16.50 restaurant main! I offer 2 stars on the basis that the staff offered zero resistance to the complaint and immediately took 75 percent off the bill. They knew it was below par! Really disappointed base's on prev reviews.

I don't really dine out very often so, despite it being virtually on my doorstep, this was my first visit to Turkhan. I couldn't fault it - the spicy sausage starter and rustic meatballs main course were delicious. The dishes everyone else had looked equally mouthwatering - sea bass, moussaka, chicken a la creme, skewered lamb, all looked incredible. The staff were delightful too, very friendly and welcoming. It may have been my first visit to Turkhan but I can certainly say that it won't be my last! Time to start dining out a little more often I think! 😊

Fabulous Amazing tasty food; mouth watering just thinking of the food now! Love the place; no starters for me next time as was full with just the sharing platter! Definitely coming back next week, cannot fault the night we had. One table complaining about the wait times for food and their party left as their food was about to arrive; we and others around us recognise the stresses a small business is under during these times and are happy to support you and will be back.

Would definitely eat here again..... Lovely food and plentiful. We shared a meze for 2 between 4 and a shared mixed platter for 2 with a couple of extras and it was lovely. Really nice food.... Fresh and tasty and personable & friendly staff ...in particular Lauren & Max. It was a very busy night and they were clearly run off their feet but still delivered great service. Can highly recommend

I never normally leave reviews, but we ate here this week and had the loveliest experience that we plan to return with family. The server was so attentive and considerate, the menu had a lot of gluten free options (which you rarely see) and the food was delicious! We had starters and mains with two drinks and it didn't break the bank 🤤💙

Enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were lovely as well. Definitely be back again.

Very nice place. Music too loud, difficult to talk. Ordered a Lasagna, sad to say, very bland no flavour at all. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

Went on a Wednesday night place was quiet clean tidy and well presented the staff were excellent the food was great the lamb chops and chicken wings!!! delicious. had to bring home some of the meal as our eyes were bigger than our appetite. Will definitely be coming back top notch

Very poor food, and only half menu available, ordered hot peppers and was given a bowl of jalapeños that looked like they were just chucked in there, food was nothing specail just average food with high prices.

Been here a few times and had takeaways. We have had various dishes from the menu. Food is always fresh and delicious - we love their hummus but all lthe food is lovely. Restaurant is clean and comfortable with a nice friendly ambience and staff are very friendly. Well worth a visit.
