Parked here for a week trip to Barcelona, unfortunately on return we discovered we had left the car keys in the hotel room 🤦 They were really helpful and waived charges for any extra stay until we got the car recovered. Used before and definitely will again. Thanks 👍👍

Avoid at all cost, this is not official airport carpark. Website does not allow to cancel your booking even when you booked more expensive flexible ticket. All contacts on the website point to Liverpool customer service and they don't recognize this booking. Borderline of SCAM

Quite ok...but be careful.. .bloody camera van at top if road...don't make any mistakes like stopping or your fined....big issue at this airport sadly

Easy enough to get to and there was plenty of parking spaces free when we went away for a long weekend. Cost for parking was ok given it being at the airport cost £36 for 4 days. Would highly recommend if flying from Liverpool.

I've used them before and had minor issues with incorrect reg number being issues even though my confirmation had the right one. But now I'm trying to book another parking a week away and the website won't accept my payment, I've tried Sunday and Monday with 3 different cards and it just gives me an error message. "There was a problem while processing your payment. Please try again or use a different card."

Your payment systems are not working. Card payment won't work as the button doesn't submit anything. Google payment in some testing mode, also not working. Had to pay using PayPal which was not exactly my preferred method.

Good price and easy enough to get in and out but it's secured by a barrier so quite safe

Worth park your car here if you going for longer trip.5min.walk to airport and you can find trolleys on way what can be useful.I always buy tickets in advance and never have a problem.After you stop at the gate ticket will be automatically issued and barrier open.dont forget to take your ticket 😉.when leaving stop at the gate barrier open and good bye

All good. Bit more expensive than the ‘drop your keys off’ option. Worth it to know your car will stay there. About 5 min walk to terminal without cover

This is the parking lot that I always prefer to use when traveling somewhere. Good communication and easy access to the airport.

Supposed to be a short walk. It wasnt. . Okay if you don't mind stressing about how full it gets and whether you will even find a space as we were right at the back of the car park. Cheap price and as you keep your keys, you know its not being used like valet parking has done to me

I'm using that car park everytime. Always I can find free space and is close to the airport. The price is good.

Directions to the parking via the app were inaccurate and led me to the car hire drop-off instead. Car park itself was convenient and fine. Plenty of space in December. Not sure what it's like in peak season.

It's ok for free parking. It's a shame there isn't a shop on site or even a toilet. Word of advice. You only get 40 minutes free so don't fall asleep

Nice park. Bought and paid for it online. Can't remember the website though. The car park has an easy entrance, there are no covered parking spaces, so your car will be exposed to the weather conditions. It is a 5min walk to the main terminal. The exit was easy and no complications. Had no problems at all
