Driver was very disrespectful and was asking for a fight whilst I was minding my own business running an Erin for my boss. He was coming around Toll Bar Island between 12:30 and 12:55pm he was a bald lad youngish about mid 30's but if I'm honest I would recommend getting someone else to replace him as he was very patronising and verbally abusive towards me for no reason what do ever

Breaking down hundreds of miles from home on your way back from holiday is never what you want, but thanks to Wayne we had a great ending of our holiday. He called to advice us of his eta.He came promptly. Was superb driver, polite, considerate and entertaining. Really grateful to Wayne. Anyone breaking down lucky to be allocated Beeches and Wayne. I cannot recommend H, from Beeches Recovery highly enough for rescuing us when our car cut off tonight. H arrived in 45 minutes from breakdown assistance request, he went above and beyond to try to fix the issue but at the end he had to recover our car and drop it from Coventry to garage in Knowle. Outstanding service today provided by Wayne. I was very shaken, having experienced a tyre blow-out on the M40. Wayne arrived within 40 minutes, loaded my car onto a low-loader, and took me to the garage to get my car fixed. He was such a nice person. Very polite, courteous and took control of the situation. Wayne was a legend from his initial call to dropping me off. Through what would normally be a stressful time it was made stress free with Wayne making sure everything was sorted. Even gave me a free lift to where I needed to get to after instead of getting a taxi. If Wayne reads this, I hope he did make it to the pub for a pint. His Christmas bonus deserves to be a fat one! Used Beeches today to get my car recovered from my house to the garage. Within 1 hour of first ringing Gary came to collect my vehicle. He was extremely professional and as my vehicle was extremely low at the front I was worried but he took his time and did a great job ! I will defiantly be recommending Beeches.

Beeches recovery were sent to retrieve my Mothers broken down car today as part of her Greenflag membership via her Churchill car insurance. A fantastic young lad (efficient, polite and caring) from Coventry arrived exactly on time as confirmed by text and nothing was too much trouble. Whole process from calling green flag last night (fantastic customer service also), being able to book a 2 hour slot for today (when garage would be open), receiving text confirmation of arrival time and loading/transporting the car to the garage was faultless. I used Beeches to transport a fragile and valuable Pre-war car from my home to a larger transport vehicle. The transporter was clearly very well kept, a sign that the driver cared for it and his work. My observation was not wrong. The service was patient, friendly, considerate and most importantly, careful with attention to details. I can't praise Nathan, the driver enough for their help on what was a protracted day due to unforeseen circumstances not of his doing. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Car fuel pipe was broken with petrol leaking. Quick response and fix to the fuel pipe was achieved in no time at all. Very pleased with the service and solution to the problem.

I was told via the call handler of the estimated time I'd have to wait before recovery could get to me and this was very accurate. As promised, 15 minutes before the recovery's arrival, I received a phone call to confirm he was on his way. I then received a really brilliant tracker link via txt message that I could look at to see how far away he was from me as well as the truck's registration number and the driver's name. Carl arrived and from my very first interaction with him, I knew I was in the safest of hands being on my own. He was really cheerful and friendly. He never once made me feel that usual feeling as a woman of presuming I hadn't the first clue about cars - that really did impress me as I hate this presumption. He explained clearly what he was doing all the time and gave me clear instructions on what he needed me to do with the car to help but never in a patronising or demoralising way. He got my car started and back on the road quickly and confirmed my already diagnosed problem of a failed starter motor. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He always appeared to consider both my own and his own safety and was super polite to passers by too. A true asset to Beeches Recovery! Thank you Carl. I really appreciate your help today. :)
