We did the tubing at Ackers adventure. Really good fun - a full safety briefing was given before we started and the staff explained what we had to do. 30 minutes did not seem like much time for the activity but it was more than enough. You need to have a fair amount of fitness for this activity as you are required to drag the fairly heavy tube up the slope for each go. However, it’s all worth it as the tube flies over the artificial slope. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Excellent place to learn to ski, my 15 year old son had 1:1 lessons with instructor Mike and nailed it in very little time. Mike is an amazing instructor, patient, knowledgeable, encouraging and such a great guy! Thanks to Mike my son has the confidence to go on his ski trip and I feel better knowing he has some experience before he goes too.

Me and my two kids aged 6 & 7 had great fun today as part of the Birmingham disability inclusion festival. The staff were able to tailor the session for individual needs but it was still a great opportunity to try something new, to have fun, and have a day out. The canoeing was enjoyable, by the end of the 1.5 hours we were getting the hang of it, we are now considering getting one to practice with because it required teamwork which is really good for my kids. Also to have them not afraid of the water anymore is positive and we have learnt a lot about the sport. The tubing was so fast and required no skill so my kids loved it, yet climbing the hill is harder then I thought. Kids were worn out but definitely 30 minutes was enough as we were alone on that part of the slopes it was constant climbing. The skiing was probably my biggest learning experience, the 30 minutes was more then enough my legs were aching. I'm glad my kids started this young and we need to return and build on the skill. The staff were enthusiastic, able to engage two easily distracted, overly excited kids and we learnt so much. We are planning on returning for a thrill seekers day to try other activities too. Really glad I finally came here to try these sports.

Had a birthday here today for my son and 20 of his mates! It’s been absolutely brilliant. The staff were helpful, engaging and most of all, patient with their young participants. The management team were super helpful, and even gave us some extra time on some of the areas. It was really reasonably priced and I wholeheartedly recommend Ackers Adventure as a place to have real fun. I have not laughed so hard at parents attempting tobogganing ever before. A birthday to remember - THANK YOU to the Ackers Team.

Great day 1st time we snow boarding as a family why I don't know... but wow it was fantastic. The instructor ... Mark if i recall was absolutely a top man . Great day would highly recommend 👌👍

I have booked private ski lessions for the family in december and january. The instructors Mark and Mike are exceptional they helped us improve our techniques now we feel more confident to ski on the dry slope. I will be booking more private lession as we really loved it as a family. Really friendly staff and very professional. I would highly recommend Akers Adventure dry slope skiing!

Love the slope the two people on a Tuesday Charlie and Simon are the best they are fun and exciting I am apart of a ski team we all love the slope and the people that give us this option to ski on a Tuesday I would recommend it alot.

We tried the new Disk Golf today as a Mother's Day treat for me. Great fun and at £5/head great value too. We are definitely coming back.

We had a beginners lesson from a lad called Will and it’s was fantastic, we are going away soon and we was worried about my girlfriends ability but after an hour with Will all her nerves and worries have been squashed and she is now so excited for our holiday, big thank you will and all of the team for helping us today

Visited today with 4 children aged between 3 and 9 they absolutely loved it, excellent value for money and the staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful will definitely be back.

What a fantastic afternoon tobogganing, plenty of parking, good facilities and equipment hire as well as help friendly staff. 😀

We had such a great party here with 10 children- we were really welcomed in, lots of flexibility around what the kids needed, and they all had a great time. Lots of comments about how people wanted to come back!
