I have to cut my own pizza now? Might as well pay me since i have to do their job not only that but they put garlic after i said not to

Great staff, the manager Vicky made sure my order was right and the pizza was hot and delicious. Everytime I come here the staff is friendly and welcomes me when I walk in the door. Mark always remembers I like my pizza with extra sauce and asks me about it when he doesn't see it on my order. Can't beat service like that. Highly recommend.

Tracker said my pizza was delivered. It wasn’t. I’ve been in the same home for 15 years and had maybe 50 orders arrive on time. That’s why I gave 2 stars. Called and they said pizza would be sent out immediately. Waited an hour and now it’s rush hour? Could I call back? You have $60 of my money and I have no pizza after 2 1/2 hours. Customer service zero.

Crossroads Texas Dominoes app messed up, when attempting to correct issue, store manager could not solve issue and acted as if it’s my fault and was rude. Another employee then stepped in and tried to solve issue and couldn’t but at least tried. Then I had to reorder. Got home and order was wrong. Good grief I feeling like Charlie Brown with this location.

The pizza is always good except for about the last ten times at least. I’ve watched the person slicing it and they don’t slice from one side to the other. They use a half round slicer and only got the middle of the pizza so I either have to re-cut it when I get it home or it will tear apart and be a mess. Dominos, either go to a round roller cutter or teach people how to use the tools you have there. This has been happening for months solid so I can’t be the only one.

It’s Domino’s Pizza. Never had an issue at this location with the pizza or the customer service as a matter of fact the customer service is normally above the watermark with very friendly employees. I like the fact I can pick up three medium two topping pizzas carry out for about 20 bucks which feeds my family of six. I’ve eaten pizza from this Domino’s many times over the years and will definitely be back.

I ordered pizza with 3 toppings but no cheese on it and orders dips but they didn’t put dips in the pizza box because I kept curbside pickup. And it was cold and hard, I order dominos every time in Kirkland or Redmond they are too good my kids love it, but today they said just don’t want to eat it.
