I
went
into
Million
Nails
Spa
in
hopes
of
trying
a
new
salon
that’s
close
to
home.
I
asked
for
a
soak
off
of
my
acrylics
and
then
a
UV
gel
full
set.
With
a
gel
ombre
french/
faded
french
design.
I
even
showed
a
picture
of
the
design
I
wanted.
Sandy
did
my
nails
and
at
first
I
was
hopeful
cause
she
was
very
considerate
of
my
comfort
level
with
the
UV
lamp.
When
she
brought
out
a
ripped
sponge
to
do
the
design
I
was
hesitant
but
I
let
her
continue.
This
is
what
my
nails
ended
up
looking
like
and
I
am
so
annoyed
anytime
I
look
down
at
them
and
have
already
scheduled
an
appointment
at
another
salon
to
fix
them.
Not
only
is
the
design
horrible
and
not
what
I
asked
for
but
the
shape
is
in
consistent,
the
corners
are
so
rounded
and
dull
you
would
think
this
was
a
month
old.
It
looks
like
my
nails
were
painted
with
a
white
out
sponge.
I
should
have
said
something
in
the
moment
but
I
was
already
spending
so
much
on
my
service
I
didn’t
want
to
be
charged
anything
else
to
fix
her
mistake.
$10
for
a
soak
off
$70
for
UV
gel
and
$15
for
this
“design”.
I’ve
never
been
charged
for
a
design
as
simple
as
this
and
for
it
to
not
come
out
nice.
And
honestly
nail
salon
culture
isn’t
the
best
for
speaking
up
either.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
business.
