I visited Arianna's to sell some unwanted and broken jewelry, I had received prices from 2 other businesses and Ray's price beat out the others by almost 10%. while there I also bought several silver Morgan dollars for a very fair price, they have a good selection. I expect to use them in the future.

Fantastic customer service! The shop owners have given me generous market value for old jewelry in the past. More recently, I needed some advice on a sentimental piece that I thought was beyond repair. Ray offered to take a took a look. He cleaned it and now the ring will be shining on my future husband’s finger as his wedding band.

I strongly recommend. Love this little store, it has tons of charm. Not like walking in to some of the other places that give you a "pawn shop" feeling. The owner Ray is very down to business but extremely honest and transparent with how things work. And his employee Almudena (?) is fantastic! She is certainly a wonderful face and personality to work with. Fluent in Spanish as well! Really knows her stuff when working with jewelry and metals. Have used many gold and silver LCS. These guys are fairly priced with some of the best in Maryland. The shops have overhead to pay for the light in shop and home. Great margins if you keep your time horizon more then a year to liquidate. 5 - 10 year horizon. Good luck local stackers.

We brought in silver for scrap from a family estate and a mixed bag of flatware, coins and other assorted items. Some of which we weren't sure were silver or just plated.The man there who I assume is the owner was patient and we chatted like old friends as we went though sorted the silver from the stuff and weighed what we had and offered a fair price (roughly what we had worked out in advance). Professional and knowledgable and would recommend to other people. We had a close call of being scammed by another place and glad we walked out of there and came here.

Do not go here! If you de be prepared to deal with rude service, lies and lowball offers. The man working had an attitude out the gate. You could feel that he wanted me in and out without asking questions. He looked at my jewelry, confirmed the authenticity and told me I had a low quality diamond. He offered me a low price and was just generally unpleasant to talk to. I got 2 other appraisals from fine jewelry stores and come to find out I actually had a good quality diamond! My advice, pick any other jewelry store. If you go here be ready to leave unhappy.
