This location is just like every other Chick-fil-A location. The employees are always upbeat and friendly. The food is served quick and at a reasonable temperature. The location was clean and well kept. Will definitely stop by next time I am in the area.

excellent food chick-fill-a is also my favorite fast food place. bathrooms are average. staff are super friendly I always get the best fast food experience and they're really fast I have gotten my order before I even left the counter before. They even have old Bay cause it's Maryland.

Why they are so heavy on salt?????. In their new sandwich if you just bite on the chicken...all you would taste is salt. And it's not just the new sandwich, all their chicken in full of salt.... Probably have a good relationship with cardiologists....Giving them good business.

Best Chick fil a I've been to and I've been to a lot! Haha! Very quick service, kind employees, and tasty food! This past Saturday, one of the employees who was cleaning inside went above and beyond with great service. I was carrying my baby while trying to get a baby seat. Without hesitation, she came over and asked if she could help me get a seat. I was impressed with her kindness and compassion. I don't know her name but wanted to write a review to thank her. This Chick fil a must have great management because the employees are always so kind, ready to serve, and love people that walk through their doors!

I don't think I have ever been to another fast food place where the workers genuinely seem to love and respect their job. Is it the fastest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to? No, but I would probably say they have the second fastest. They ask you questions like how many sauces you want (which I have come to really appreciate rather than receiving too few or too many) and again, just have great customer service. Friendly smiles, genuinely telling you to have a nice day. Going here always cheers me up. The only negative is where it is placed on the road. A pain to get in and out of.

I ordered a regular Chick-fil-a sandwich and fries for myself and a piece of grilled chicken without a bun for my dog. The piece of grilled chicken was 1/2 the thickness and a quarter of the length of my regular Chick-fil-a sandwich which cost 70 cents less and came with a bun and pickles. My Chick-fil-a sandwich was over cooked (the third time in as many weeks) and the fries looked like they were scrap ends from the potato’s with skins as tough as leather. I was really disappointed with the portion and the quality of food. This is not the Chick-fil-a I am accustomed to or what they are known for. I know this is a Corporate problem, however, I could not get through on the corporate website this afternoon.

I love Chick Fil A usually. This was my first time at this location and while the staff and service was good (we dined in), the food was average. The cheese in the burger never melted and therefore was horrible and the nuggets were too seasoned for my liking. With that said … this won’t stop me coming back. It might have been an off day. This locale is clean and convenient and I’d recommend coming here for sure.

App was down so I could t use or earn rewards. Service was great as always and food was hot and yummy. Southwest salad was excellent too.

I already have fairly high expectations for Chick-fil-A so I usually don't find it necessary to write a review but the Chick-fil-A in Severna Park was even a step above what I typically expect. The restaurant was clean and food was fresh like I was expecting but the food was ready extremely fast and Joe went out of his way to make sure I felt important. Thank you.

Awesome Andy in the drive through makes mine and my daughters mornings. He is always a smiling face and can always make us laugh. Kudos to him for making his job a great time!

We have eaten at many chick fil a's across the country, but this one has consistently been the best of all. Value, taste and customer service from staff exceed all expectations. There is a reason these restaurants succeed and grow in this country. It's all about the corporate culture and mindset and putting the customer first.

Their new tag line should be, "through the line in 10 minutes or less no matter how many times it wraps around the building." Their system is pretty great for taking orders with tablets and collecting card payment there or cash at another kiosk. My favorite is the #1 deluxe. Oh, and the frosted coffee is a nice treat. Don't forget the cookies.

Thought I had already rated this location. I’ve been specifically going here regularly for about 9 months. I bypass the Pasadena location because this particular location is consistent with: professionalism, friendliness, organization, accuracy and QUALITY FRESH FOOD. I don’t have to drive too far but going the extra distance has yet to disappoint. I so appreciate my experience!

Service is always great. HOWEVER I did experience something today that was ridiculous. The young man working at drive through that gives your receipt took a quick seat and the manager came out and told him he must stand in case people parked in the back and he needed to greet them. 1. He is in a box so he won’t be greeting parked customers 2. He was standing to help the people in line and only sat when he was done. This was 3/8/2022 @ 5:10pm I didn’t see a problem and I don’t think it’s okay to require people to stand without anytime to rest. Do Better.

Cyle was an amazing worker. I had a slight miscommunication with the cashier, nothing big or anything, but he thoroughly listened to understand me and instantly fixed the issue. Love his energy, love his leadership and initiative. Thank you Cyle. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion.

Great franchise and great location! Have been here about a hundred times (my kids love Chic-fil-a) and the service is always top-notch, fast, and efficient - shows you can be fast and courteous 👌. I’m all those times they only forgot an item once which is not bad given how many times I have been through the drive thru; and it was replaced quickly when I pointed it out. Keep up the great work!

Every time we order delivery from the Severna Park Md Chic-fil- a the order is delivered wrong. I don’t understand even with a simple request of no-ice on the hottest day of the summer they fill your drink with ICE so now you have a really pricey cup of water ugh 😩 Spoke with a young lady at Chic-fil-a and they agreed to make it right. They are sending out another drink and making the corrections. As a customer that’s all I expect the delivered at home meal is for my grandmother while I’m at work so I am thankful

Had an early lunch at this Chick-fil-A and it was an extreme pleasure. It was quick and easy to place the order, it was brought right out to our table, and everything was great. Several employees came by our table to ensure our needs were met. Everyone is positive and helpful - so refreshing! The store operator was present, and he took the time to talk to us about upcoming changes to the restaurant. I highly recommend this location - it is one of the very best of the Chick-fil-A restaurants!

What a delight to get warm food from a drive thru for a change. Chick-fil-A has their process down to a science, complete with courteous, competent and friendly staff!

This CFA puts the ones by my house to shame. The ones by me could learn a thing or two from this one. I was not even seated yet and we got our food. Fast and friendly service. Huge dinning room. I will be VA k to this one.

I go to this location regularly and this location is amazing. The portion sizes are large, the staff are very friendly, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this location

Service is going downhill which is a shame because this is not what the brand is about. The manager Kevin McCary (sp) was very rude and condescending after we ordered food online and they forgot part of our order (again). It was a mistake that we simply asked to be corrected but he was annoyed that we asked them to actually deliver what we paid for and ordered as if the mistake was on us especially when it was a rather expensive order. We can take our business elsewhere.

Fastest service than any chick fil a I've visited. And of course, the food is always delicious.

I love the the Chicken Wraps. They are always fresh and tasty. The Greek Yogurt is a delicious dessert with lots of nutritional value. The Customer Service has never disappointed me.

The counter service was acceptable. The food has a higher level of sodium than I am accustom; both the chicken soup and the Spicy chicken sandwich.

The food was great, and that Brownie was the bomb.

Everyone here is always courteous and professional but thats how it always is.

Went to put my drink in the cup holder of my car only to find that the large no ice sweet teas lids was not fully on then filling my center console with sweet tea. At first the employee i would hope just didn't notice and when I I. Said something just got me a new drink but no napkins after asking for napkins I received 4 napkins and then a good stack after asking again. When I explained to the Director Rebecca that my passport and social security card are now soaked in sweet tea I got the response of "our drivethru just sucks sometimes." This store has definitely gone down hill fast in there customer service. Would give no Stars if it would let me

This used to be a very good place. The food was also good and very quick. Lately things seem to have gone down hill. Today I went and order 2 number 1s. 1 large and 1 reg both things of fries were barely half full at best the seem to be skimming the order sizes. I have gotten quite a few Cobb salads that I had to go back 3 times cause there was barely any chicken. Please get back to the way things were the serving sizes lately are crazy low.

Drive thru runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone is on the ball. Great service as always.

We are regulars of this drive through every week since the store was opened, and 99% of the time, we are met with courteous and kind drive through staff, however, tonight was different. Emma, who was working in the drive through this evening, was curt and short with us. She was not at all friendly or courteous and definitely, not the way we are accustomed to being treated! I was very disappointed to be treated as such!

Very fast service and the employees are always so happy and friendly. Absolutely love this fast food franchise more than most of them. They definitely need a bigger selection for vegetarians and vegans but other than that it’s always fast service, friendly and clean inside.

I love going to this Chick-fil-A and I couldn't wait to come back to this location after renovations were completed. My waffle fries were hot and beautifully golden, my chicken sandwich was delicious, and the portion of my sandwich was great. Ashlyn and Emmalee (pronounced exactly how it's spelled) were absolute sweethearts! Thank you for the great food and customer service! :)
