AmericInn in Osage was as good as or better than some bigger city hotels. This hotel was comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. You can tell the staff work hard to keep it clean. The rooms are roomy, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the breakfast offers eggs, protein, fresh fruit, fresh waffles, and more. We will definitely stay at this location in the future. Shout out to Ashley - she provides great customer service!

Clean bathroom with multiple safety bars in shower. Also a rubber bath mat for Inside the tub. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good TV with remote. Free hot breakfast and cereal. Coffee and juice.

I had another great experience here. I was out on the road working and chose this hotel because I'd stayed here before. It's nice because they have a little mini bar, I don't drink, but it's still nice if you need a place to go sit and relax and don't want to leave the hotel. The rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is always good. I also bring my PS5 and connect to WiFi with little to no issues. This hotel also has a Cat5 hookup, which I brought a short 6' ethernet cable with and had no lag problems or anything. I will always choose this hotel if I'm in the area.

We had the best stay. The room was very clean, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is one of the best Continental breakfast's I have had. Lots to choose from. Our Room was huge! The pool and hot tube were great sized. There is so much to do in the small town. We will be back.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, filling Breakfast. My only complaints are the firmness of the mattresses and the lack of jelly options at breakfast.

We are on a two week long trek across the Midwest with Iowa being one of our last stops. During this trip, we have stayed in two other hotels but this has been by far the absolute best stay. The staff are absolutely the nicest people- friendly, easy to talk to, and absolutely go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The pool is heated with a nice jacuzzi/spa, and the free breakfast hasn’t let us down, yet! They have waffles, French toast, meat, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit - just an amazing and wide variety! They have in-house laundry services if you need them (we did, and were pleased and glad to have that available!) The area is nice as well. You are in the middle of a small town in Iowa, but there is surprisingly a lot of cute places to see and eat at in town. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, this is absolutely the BEST place in Osage! We always make a point to stay here when in Iowa. You won’t be disappointed!

This hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and kind. I would definitely stay again.
