    just ordered 2 orders of nacho fries, got 1, and the other had no fries and a container of cheese dumped into it. if whoever’s working there doesn’t like their job, quit?!?? duh? It’s not hard to complete a bag to order. Find a new job because clearly this isn’t working out for you. Didn’t have the time or day to go in and complain. don’t come here people!!

    Went there last night around 9 pm. Waited a very long time in the drive through. When we got to the window, it was apparent that the young man was the only one there working - taking orders, cooking food, packaging orders, cashier, and serving inside customers. He was working calmly and methodically to take care of the customers as efficiently as one could running the entire operation on his own. Was so polite. The food was delicious and the order was accurate. We gave him a tip. But, he deserves a huge raise. I hope he is appreciated for the awesome employee that he is. And I hope the other customers appreciated that he was on his own there.

    I hadn't eaten from here in some time before I went to get taco bell tonight and uh...I don't know, I really hope my experience here isn't a sign of things to come anytime I try to eat from here in the future. Not only did they get 2 of my items I ordered wrong, but they outright forgot a taco that was supposed to go with my order. The food was still good, make no mistake. But ordinarily I don't have to worry about such incompetent coverage of the drive thru. I want to say this was just a bad night on their part, but since I don't eat from here all that often, I can't say that for certain. I just hope this was a bad coincidence since this is the closest taco bell to where I live, and having to go out of my way on the occasion I want some in the future would considerably sour the experience.

    Went through the drive-through, but Taco Bell was always a fave. It's just gotten more expensive, then when I used to go to it all of the time. While in high school .. Late 90's so not really that long ago, but still, the prices have come up, since

    Be careful of surprise changes in prices. There have been huge mark-ups on many items. Been local for a long time, and the experience at this Taco Bell has been enjoyable 90% of the time. The huge increase in prices is unbelievable though, and frankly laughable. I realize that fast food is a luxury, but increasing the cost of a burrito or a value meal by nearly 50% of its original price tells me that I should no longer order from here. Seems very greedy to me, so I'll practice my meal prepping at home and save loads of money in the process. Thanks but no thanks, Taco Bell.

    This location is serving up the only decent Taco Bell I have had in a long time. The other locations around here have had some terrible tasting food, bad tasting pale Baja Blast, etc. I've gone to this one multiple times recently and everything has been tasting great.

    Got home with my order to find multiple items missing. I called them with the receipt and order number and asked for the missing items to be refunded. They refused and said just tell them next time I am there and they will fix my order. In the mean time, they keep my money while not providing what I purchased. Do NOT visit this location!!!

    if i could put 0 i would. i love how the manager called the cops when she didn’t give me the free food they promised prior to that. not to mention her and her entire team lying to us about someone already picking up our order and them calling chris. the order they documented that we were supposed to get was not even what we ordered even though we have the receipt. we gave their old manager or shift lead, chris, whomst was the one who actually had the patience to hear us out said that they didnt even call him as the cops said they did! shout out to my boy chris for actually listening to us #GoneTooSoon transferred to carpentersville
