This is not an amazing mom and pop Italian restaurant it’s a chain, and it shows up in everything from service to food. If you’re looking for an affordable, Americanized Italian meal, family friendly, and decent all around then come on in. Otherwise I’d look elsewhere. 1. Hostess couldn’t find our reservation 2. Asked for no water (we don’t like the waste), water came out anyway. Sent it back, and yet, water was brought to us a second time. 3. Took 20 minutes for our server to show up, and another 15-20 minutes for our drink order to arrive, and arrive incomplete. 4. Service was SUPER slow and not very attentive. 5. Bread was ice cold, asked for fresh bread, we got reheated hard bread. Asked for balsamic, it never came. 6. Our dirty salad plates and app plates sat in front of us for a good 20 minutes before we had to ask to have them cleared and received a snarky comment just for asking. 7. Shrimp and capellini entree came on a plate yet managed to be sitting in an inch think greasy oil soup. It was literally like a bowl of soup pasta. Shrimp were good but that’s about all. Maybe all of the above are little things but little things add up. Why spend money here when a) you can go somewhere else and get better food/service or b) cook at home and make better food for less money? Dining out should be enjoyable and easy going. This place is 1/3 in my book and I will not be returning. Service was worse than the food and the food was very far from good.

Great food, well-organized and the best Gluten Free bread ever. The staff is amazing and everyone in the store wears masks, and keeps appropriately distanced. My favorite grocery store.

I've been shopping here ever since they opened! They always have yummy new products to try, but also don't phase out the staples I only buy here. They also donate their near expiring food and flowers to local food pantries and non profits, a truly amazing store for our community!

Had the salmon..was wonderful! Servers and all staff are so friendly!!! Hope everyone will be ok in this latest shutdown and will be back in business full force soon! Will definitely go back.

Biaggis is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. With a large selection of scrumptious meals, I could eat this every day. I always love the bread, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. The problem is, I eat so much of the appetizers, there is not much room left in my stomach to eat my main dish! I recommend this restaurant except for the prices.

Service was good, ordered fettuccine alfredo and first, it was not even fettuccine it was bowtie. Second the sauce was nothing special not nearly as good as olive garden which is sad for a place that is supposed to be a nice italian restraunt. The chicken tenderness was 2/5 and it felt like it was boiled not grilled. The bread isn't even as good as olive garden. My cocktail was a 3/10 strong and basil forward. Never going back. I will stick with olive garden and try other nicer italian restraints later.

This place always has a fun variety of products that you don't find anywhere else. The flowers by the front door look great, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is that sometimes a product that I really like gets discontinued, and since its an exclusive to Trader Joe's, I can't find it anywhere else.

I picked up some few items and the Valentine's Day gifts had a ton of flowers and other items at reasonable prices. But it was kind of scary because the store was packed and people were just standing around you like the virus doesn't exist anymore not much Social distancing. People please keep your distance.

Excellent costumer service, attentiveness and friendly staff. I visit this store at least once a week for fresh fruits and veggies. Vast yogurt selection , and affordable wine bottles.

It is super busy today with the Christmas Holiday soon arriving everyone is out shopping. The mall is full of cars. Trader Joe's has a line waiting outside, but they are quick to take care of their customers. It's a fun place to shop for small items that you need.

My son loves macarons and while I am able to make them myself they take a long time and precise temperature and baking skills. The Trader Jaques frozen macarons are amazing. Taste as good a home made or bakery bought. The store is unique, the staff kind and helpful.

Great place for Italian food with fantastic atmosphere, incredible service and reasonably priced selections. Has the feel of much more expensive restaurant. My beautiful bride and I both had huge entrees, non alcoholic drinks and both ordered dessert. Brought home enough leftovers for another full meal. Total bill was $55.00. Definitely recommend 👌

Even with only offering curbside pick-up because of the shut down, the food was delicious and was ready right when we scheduled it. Can't wait to order from them again the future and better yet - to sit down at your establishment once things get back to normal!

This restaurant was chaotic on Mother’s Day! Our order that was to be picked up at 6:30, was put into our car at 9:15! There were no signs directing customers! There were no options for cancellations and refunds! Cars were lined up for hours. There seemed to be no system. Why would a restaurant continue taking orders when they were so far behind schedule? The telephone numbers one was to call when they arrived for their order were disconnected. The telephone number provided on their pick up sign was different than the one on the confirmation email, but it also said the “person” wasn’t available! For what is supposed to be a nice restaurant, the situation was inexcusable! All customers involved in this situation should have at least had their meals for free due to sitting in their cars for over 2 hours in 37 degree weather. We all understand the issues with this virus, but this was simply unacceptable!

If I could give zero stars I would. As many others during the pandemic I placed a curbside phone order. Due to the volume the wait time was astronomical (1hr wait) and cars were lining up past Barnes & Nobles. I was fine waiting since it is Mother's Day but when my time hit close to 2 hours with still no food I became annoyed. Throughout the wait time I tried to ask many of the employees if my food was in the que but no response. (Company phone line had been disconnected.) I parked my car and went up and asked a couple more until one finally found out for me that my order was misplaced. I had no food waiting and would have to rejoin the que. What???To say I was livid and disappointed would be an understatement. I left and got food elsewhere. I would go here every other week with my mother. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered pick up for mother's day at 5pm a day before hand. Showed up for pick up and had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order. They basically ruined mother's day. Thanks biaggis. Head to any one of the other italian places near by to actually get food.

This spot never fails to deliver. They serve fantastic food for convenient pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is loaded.

The steak tasted like rubber, don't order filet mignon. Medium rare means dry as a bone. No taste at all, no salt or pepper, completely tasteless. My son ordered baked zitti with lobster, I think, it was terrible. The only thing that tasted like it should have was crab cakes. Left restaurant hungry, never coming back.

Excellent food and great service. All told we spent about $30 a person so not too bad on your pocket book. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be going back.

Minestrone and lobster bisque are not what you would expect. They messed with the order and fix it, but the experience was already not the best.

Highly recommend! Extensive and amazing gluten free menu. Offered gluten free bread as an appetizer, not told it would cost extra. Only a dollar and again totally worth it. Ice tea has a black current flavor that was special. We will be back.

I had filet mignon. Which was very tender. The dinner came with mushrooms and asparagus. I had a side of cheese raviolis which were excellent. I also had a salad and Italian bread with olive oil for dipping.

This restaurant is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. I have been going here for years. While it isn't a one stop shop, that's the charm of it. Helpful staff and unique finds, especially for my family with food allergies. Great for finding snacks for entertaining and meal ideas for the family.

The employees here are always so friendly and helpful! I asked about a specific seasonal item. The worker checked where to would normally be and said they were out. She found us a few minutes later and gave us an expected restock date. Wow! I was so grateful for her helpfulness! Cashiers always have conversed with us. It’s a great feeling to shop here.

Why are they jacking up their prices up more! They never used to be this way. I use to shop at traders all the time but now it's difficult to shop here because of the inflation prices, my God the price inflation I know Covid-19 hit but my Lord in heaven don't hit our pockets we still have to pay bills.

This location is excellent. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. The associates are super friendly and keep the store in tip top shape! Also, the parking lot is large there are many open spots in front or along the side even during peak hours.

Despite current inflation, Trader Joe's has been great with keeping their prices reasonable. I love their products and often stock up. I do wish there was a closer store nearby. In some ways I'm glad so I have an excuse to road trip!

This Trader Joe's is well located. With plenty of parking and full shelves, it is a store visited by many. I think it is important to know that the flowers are beautiful and affordable.

Small Aldi size grocery store like but so much goodies inside that you would not find anywhere else. We sometimes are tired of eating the same food and going to the same restaurants locally. Feels like we tried them all. Trade joes have many differrent frozen meals that no other grocery store have and we just kept trying different ones to have variety and so far have been excellent.

Love this store but dropped rating to 3 stars because their bouquets have been getting worse and worse (see pic), and their product availability has been pretty terrible lately. We've been waiting for TJ chili powder for months.

They have a great selection of food and the prices are similar to other many of the local chain grocerers

So, somehow, I never reviewed this Trader Joe's location. That is on me as this is a great Trader Joe's and the staff is just the best. I have been coming here so long, so many staff remember me and will help me find anything if things have been rearranged. There are some things here like their tomato/basil/feta soup that I cannot find anywhere else. The frozen Tarte's (fancy pizza to us regular folks) are a favorite. There are so many other things like the frozen key lime pie (seasonal) to their fried rice and just the best dried apricots I have ever found anywhere. Once again, the real draw is the staff. So many of them have been working here for so long, it says a lot about how they care for their employees.

Great quality at great prices. I love the wild caught sockeye salmon and the variety of gluten free options.

Always go here for groceries has good food and has trying stations were you get to try there products, also most of the products are owned by Trader Joe’s Also they have really nice workers and a friendly environment!
