About a month ago I had to bring one of my cats into urgent care for a UTI. She was well taken care of and they were so thorough and wonderful. We had to make the difficult decision to put our other cat Thomas down and we chose to come here because of our wonderful experience with our female cat. I am so glad that we chose the end of life service at Access. They were so kind, compassionate and treated our cat with dignity in his last minutes here. He had a comfortable and painless experience in his last moments with us and I am so grateful for the care they gave us. We will definitely continue to bring our female cat here. Thank you again for all you do.

Access veterinary care is my favorite facility for Veterinary medicine. I have been to 4 different facilities and Access for me will always be the one that got away. (Access Staff: If you know, you know. It’s okay to laugh about it now). Everyone always compares Access to Mission Animal Hospital, and while I can’t express enough the professionalism and excellent work they both do, Access will always hold a special place in my heart. In my experience they are the most caring and professional group of people I have ever met. I truly trust everyone there with my pets wholeheartedly. They are amazing for urgent care, and I have never felt quite the connection and level of compassion that Access gives compared to most clinics around. Truly if your pet needs help, this clinic is top.

I have taken one of my dogs here and they treated him well and did a good job. However, I am extremely disappointed that you can no longer talk to a live person anymore. You have to schedule everything online, and hope that you can be seen. Here is what is told to you after registering. “You will receive notice by 5:00 pm, only if we are able to see your pet. If there is no availability, you will NOT receive a notification. WHAT?!!! Wow! This is so impersonal and unprofessional in my opinion. This is not customer service and for this reason, you have lost a customer. Word of advice? Scrap that system and go back to being personable and professional. Such a turnoff! I’m not someone who complains about businesses unless it truly is found wanting.

Access got us in last minute on a Saturday for blood work when my cat was rapidly declining. We had to say goodbye and it was devastating but everyone was incredibly kind throughout the process. I appreciate this clinic and hope to keep bringing my other cats in for routine care since the pricing is more reasonable than most vets.

I’m from out of state and have been here for 6 months for work. I travel with my 2 dogs. Their primary vet is 1k miles away. I spent hours on the phone attempting to find them a vet office for our stay here, with no luck. Today will make our 3rd visit to Access Vet. One being an emergency(that required surgery) and the other 2 for skin issues. I consider them to be very reasonably priced, for an urgent care. They also have you provide your budget for the visit and do their best to stay within that budget. Staff are friendly and everything is thoroughly explained. You can expect to wait anywhere from 1-3 hours once they take your animal back, but this is expected at any urgent care. They’ve been a life saver for us!

Access Vet Care is top notch without breaking the bank. When it came time to saying goodbye to Drake, I called around for end of life services and the prices were through the roof. I called AHS and they were booked out 3 weeks but referred me to ACV. Not only did ACV see me the following day, they were compassionate and knowledgeable in every step of the way. With the help of ACV, I'm glad Drake is no longer suffering from his illness. Thank you ACV.

Every staff member that I came into contact with was kind and treated my dog really good. The fee for my dog's visit was very reasonable. Highly recommend the urgent care services!

I’ve been here 3 times so far over the years with the most recent visit being today. This is by far the best, most affordable urgent clinic in my area. I also love that everyone that my dog and I interacted with was professional and friendly. My dog has anxiety and is jumpy and they were all the best at calming her down when meeting her. We seen Dr.Gatz and she was patient and answered all my questions throughly. If you use the urgent clinic be aware that it can take some time to be seen but it is worth the wait for the services they offer for the price. They also had all the meds my dog needed. I love this place and will continue to come here. Thank you access, u guys are awesome!!!!

I had to put my dog down, and I really didn't think I would be emotional. The tech who did the procedure went above and beyond. Without me noticing at that time, we talked and shared stories through the whole process. Never felt rushed, and not once did I feel myself or my pet was undervalued like it was a job. She was very passionate.

This is best vet I came across. After being refuse from many other due to my situation Access Veterinary care did not reuse us. The staff here said come back here and we will figure something out and they did just that. The staff here truly went above and beyond for my child's dog and they are saving our fur baby. If you are a pet owner and struggling to financially get your pet care or emergency help ( cause your fur baby has been naughty and gotten into something they shouldn't have) come here and just talk to them and be honest and see what they could do for you. They have truly helped my family and I and was more than willing to save our dog. This will be our primary vet from now on. Thank you to all the staff here and what each and everyone of you do. My family and I are truly thankful and grateful for you all

We recently had to put our dog to sleep and we were recommended to Access Veterinary Care from the Humane Society. We have never brought a pet here before but from the moment we called and throughout the entire process, including getting ashes back, they have been nothing but kind and receptive. Our dog has always been anxious however she seemed at ease at Access. They had a blanket for her on the floor, the kids, my husband and I were all able to cuddle around her. She was calm and relaxed which is exactly what I was hoping for. They team walked us through every step of the process and all of our questions. The kids were able to step outside the door or into the lobby as needed without being the middle of a ton of people as they were grieving. I am thankful we were recommended Access Veterinary Care and we are actually looking to switch our other dog's care to Access in the future because of our experience. Thank you to Access for all you to for these beloved family members!

My cat had an emergent visit and not only were they quick and kind with him (he was a pill cause he wasn’t feeling well) but they were kind to me by explaining what was happening and offering options. They listened to my financial concerns and worked to do as much to support my sweet Sammy as they could while being aware of my financial situation. 10/10 I strongly recommend them. Staff and doctors are amazing ❤️

I brought my kitty in for behavioral changes to urgent care. The staff were on their game and got me right in the door. Being a walk in clinic means you’re waiting but the team was communicative and worked to juggle all the patients. Amy was our vet tech and she was such a great listener and gave a lot of great feedback about how to move forward. She really knew her field and cared and showed compassion during a stressful time to both my fur baby and myself. Great team!

I want to like them but I can't. The place was chaos, poor communication with the patient, waited an hour to see the vet and then another 45 minutes to get a bill and pill, and all for a simple case of kennel cough. The worse thing is the benches in waiting room are EXTREMELY uncomfortable with your back rammed against a protruding window sill. But the price was reasonable compared to my normal vet at the U. Still, I'm not sure it was worth it.

I have no idea where these other one star reviews actually went because it wasn’t here. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere ever. My cat had an emergency bladder obstruction and we were struggling to find an emergency location that was able to work with us financially and actually had capacity. The online urgent care form was super easy to fill out and I was called back quickly after submitting it. We got in and they immediately took our sweet boy back to help relieve his pain. One of the receptionists came in and talked over all the different payment assistance programs they work with and how the process works. Vet techs and vets were so compassionate and understanding. They talked with us about our budget to see what we could get figured out to fit inside our constraints while still getting our cat the care he needed. They sent us home with donated prescription food and some of the medications he needed were donated as well to help with our cost. We’re coming back again in a few days to have the catheter removed, and its removal is included in our price we paid. Wonderful people through all steps of the process I can’t give you all high enough praise. Thank you for saving my baby and thank you for being such wonderful and helpful humans.

This place is special. Their mission is quite challenging and they do it well. We took our dog Woodrow in to be put down. He was treated with dignity and respect and the staff was loving and kind. In a world where everything seems about $$ I am grateful a place like this exists!

They were amazing!! We brought our cat in because we thought we had to put him down and he is only 3 years old and they took him back and performed a life saving surgery. They helped us out with the financial aspect too as we didn't have the money up front to care for him. I would 100% recommend Access Vet to anyone. They are so caring and made it a very easy process and were very compassionate toward us! I will be bringing our animals there from now on as they truly care about animals and their families!!

First time experience getting urgent care for my cat and it was easily the best urgent care/emergency treatment we’ve received. Everyone was very nice, we had a room that we could wait the whole time vs. a lobby and they made the process as efficient as possible. Will make this my go-to for urgent/emergency care from now on.
