Is a full cultural centre, with a library, museum, theatre, playground, and children's library as well. It has a computer center, and reading rooms with comfortable sitting areas. They also set small shopping stands with local artisan products. A total learning place for children, youth, and adults.

A huge Cultural center built with high expectations but showing poor quality materials. It's an extraordinary space with a large exhibition area. It hosts a large theater but again it's cheap bad materials make it look old and bad. It's a shame. If they've only consider state of the art materials, the place would be excellent. Quite problem getting there. It's not worth visiting Carlos Cli
