6 people in the store and none could answer my question. But the worst part was the attitude the counter girl was giving me when I request one of the cards for printing and go. "What do you want?" Is not a way to help your customers. Hope management take care of her attitude.

Gloria , the manager turn me away because of bag that I used to bag my item. She asked me to buy their bag in store in order to ship. I went to other fedex location and got my receipt and no problem at all with other fedex. I don’t appreciate how she judge someone base on their appearance and make thing difficult with no common sense.

Extremely rude and unprofessional people here. as soon as you enter this place, the vibe is so off. The entire staff consists of junior high schoolers who obviously are not the brightest in their class. The person who was at the counter, CHRIS, was extremely rude, unprofessional, degrading and took joy in not giving one service. The "manager" Corinne was very poor as well, allowing the entire exchange to take place, as she was completely complicit. I wish we could give negative reviews. I literally went to the other FedEx down the street... and the staff there were the absolute opposite: professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Don’t come to this place. The staff is very unprofessional. I mail my luggage here and the rule is to put shipping label on the non-telescoping handle. However, one of the staff members tied labels to the telescoping handle in front of me. This resulted in most of my luggage tracking information having a red exclamation mark and saying "shipment exception". This is disappointing and very unprofessional! I don't know what to do with my luggage right now

Stopped by to print something from my phone around 5pm today. 3 young lady working their butts ×10. All wr busy with customers at each register/station but that didn't stop them from acknowledging me & helping me out with what I needed. I swear it looked like it was Christmas with non stop bk to bk truck full of packages all sizes rolling in. Great multitasking Ladies.! 👍👍👍 Oh & there was one young man man as well. He was also BZ loading/unloading. All-round great team work. I jst couldn't....I was overwhelmed jst standing inside the fedex.

Non professional staff that don’t know their own policies. Would advise avoiding this location. I came here on 8/13/2020 at approximately 2PM despite the bad reviews, and it was fighting with employees to use basic services. When I was waiting in line I noticed a darker haired woman was being cold and harsh with a customer, but he persisted and eventually got service. I shipped out a package and then needed to prepare another shipping label so I opened my laptop at one of the sit down chairs and Chris promptly came over and told me I couldn’t use my laptop here. What ensued was a discussion where he said I was not allowed to use my laptop there citing that they didn’t want people touching items so they could be extra clean. Well, I was using my own laptop, so that shouldn’t be a problem. He also said that customers can’t use their laptop there and can’t be in the store for more than 30 minutes. I was never planning on being there for more than 30 minutes, I just sat down. But, I had already looked through an official policy book from FedEx at another location which specifically states FedEx office should put out signs suggesting that customers try to limit their time to 30 minutes when possible, but that employees were specifically not to be monitoring the time employees spent in the store. Chris interrupted me multiple times trying to just shut down the discussion. I mentioned it to him the first time and then he “don’t interrupt you?” as if it was some crazy request, and I said yes, you’re cutting me off talking over me trying to shut down the conversation. He said ok. Then a second time he interrupted me and I said again you are cutting me off interrupting me when I am discussing policies for FedEx and at that point he said he didn’t care he was interrupting me because he was done with the conversation and I had mentioned that policy before. I told him he could at least listen to what the customer has to say. He was not listening to me. He kept saying they have updated policies for COVID and I told him multiple times this is the COVID policy from the book which mentions putting out the signs for social distancing and suggested time use. He told me I couldn’t sit down but I could stand up and plug in at a drafting table. Or I could call customer service, but customers can only be in the store for 30 minutes and he’d be telling me to leave. There was no where to plug in. I exited and called customer service and asked if I am allowed to use my own laptop and plug in at one of the sit down locations in a FedEx office store. The customer service rep said yes. Chris was trying to argue with them saying they had new COVID policies and now that they were saying I could sit down and plug in he was trying to say employees were to kick out customers who had been there for 30 mins. I told him again, official policy says you’re not supposed to be monitoring customers time, but I’m not trying to be here for 30 mins anyway. After more than 20 mins, probably over a half an hour of wasting my time after fighting I was finally able to use some basic services. Chris shouldn’t be bothering me, especially if all the computer stations are open and no one is using them. This guy was over stepping his bounds, over stepping FedEx policy and 98% of people never would have stayed to address the issue. The only nice person here was a blonde lady who kept saying thanks and have a nice day to me when I was leaving. I was being friendly and said “have a nice day” as I was leaving and Chris and other employees were no longer speaking to me. This location was not friendly to people and seems to enjoy power over customers more than helping.

Rude and poor customer service experiences at this location. I’ve been coming to this location for years to drop off my shipments. Never thought I could give it a negative feedback until today. August 15th 2020 on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm of a super hot day with 106 degree F. We were here to get 4 “Heavy Duty” packaging boxes, 2 of each in 2 different sizes. The male customer service gave me the items and scanned them into the system for pricing and payment. He did mentioned no return for these items which I’m knowledgeable so I paid of course. BUT, we noticed one of size he gave us is not a HEAVY DUTY box when we put the boxes in the car. Obviously I went back in the store and kindly asked him to exchange it back for me. Here it comes, of course he rejected to do an exchange for me because of the store policy. Also, we were just outside of the store at the parking lot and never took off. So I thought it shouldn’t be a problem to step back in the store to exchange the correct item, since it’s not my fault of getting the wrong item. HERE WE GO, the female customer service came into the conversation. What she done first was to asked me to lower my voice without any politeness word such as a “please”. First of all, I wasn’t yelling nor loud with the face mask on and social 10 feet distance away from her. 2nd, she questioned which sizes we purchased and handheld the barcode price cards to look up for product details. The male customer service told her 1 of the size (24x24x24) we bought and she immediate found the size with detail to pointed it out to me, it is the Heavy Duty box with that confidence look. But HELLO, it was the other size (22x22x22) that they brought me is not considered a HEAVY DUTY box. So, she asked me what’s the other size which I did provided to her, and there she glitched stood a sec. Then, she shout out it’s still can hold up to 60 lbs and can be use as heavy duty box. Indeed, the box is not a double-wall box which cannot consider its a “heavy duty” box. It’s also stated on FedEx website as it’s a regular carton box, which I also shown it to her from my cellphone. She immediate turns the conversation forward with an attitude to ask me to purchase another 2 more boxes that are double-wall Heavy Duty is the only option and or check with my customer if he/she can accept these 2 consider regular boxes instead. Look, it’s not my fault to get 2 none heavy duty boxes. I wasn’t even scramming nor yelling at them but kindly asked for the right services to resolve the issue. Simple, I clearly asked for 4 HEAVY DUTY boxes in size 24x24x24 and 22x22x22 and stated DOUBLE-WALL boxes. They should’ve told me at the point of selling that size 22x22x22 isn’t available in heavy duty box. They should professionally handle my issue with an exchange to the correct item, PERIOD. Not any other drama to try argued with the customer about no returning. I’M NOT trying to return the item but to exchange back to the correct one only. I’ve never left their parking lot that would damage their boxes, nor returning the next day. Come on, I was barely out from their store for less than a minute then step back in. So that should not fall into be an issue of what they were trying to prevent unreasonable returns. Of course I left the store with dissatisfaction of the unfairness and rudeness services instead of staying there continuously the pointless conversation without proper resolution. The store manager isn’t here of course. Otherwise I already file complaint with him.

The young lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. I was able to print my return labels from my email and she helped me return my item. The other young man working also seemed nice and professional.

I dropped off 1 box (prepaid label) this morning and was kindly assisted by a gentleman (young Caucasian male). He was very kind and friendly, made a small talk and asked me how my day was going so far, while helping me with a printed receipt. Last time I was also assisted by him (late afternoon) and he was also kind and courteous. You rarely experience this level of customer service these days!! The other staff did the job OK I guess, got things done but without the small talk so it’s very transactional. Nadia, on the other hand, was sub par like the other reviewers posted. Next time I’ll avoid her.

Kinkos Fedex overall has the best photo printing over staples, Office Depot etc. I’ve been to all of them and still choose kinkos. It is worth the price. That being said I prefer the Monrovia location. I did not have a good experience on the flair drive location. I got very little help from the staff and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I asked for help printing and they said the machine is over there or something to that effect. I’ve been to other other locations where the staff are much more helpful and are able to walk you through the process. This place was very transactional (not in a good way). If you’re a wiz with a copy machine fine, but if I’m working on a project and need extra help don’t come here.

Excellent service here. It was my first time getting prints done and the workers really helped me out. They were patient, friendly, and knowledgeable of everything I needed. I’ll be coming back if I need more prints for sure
