This hospital is horrible. Husband was placed at this facility due to insurance (Kaiser). They did not do the daily physical therapy they promised to do. They did not communicate with me biweekly as they were supposed to do. His cardiologist never called me once in the 8 months my husband was there even when I left messages. The place was dirty. The building and windows were old and cold air seeped between the window sill and old windows. Nurses in ICU were phenomenal but on the floor the service and bedside manner was lacking. Some RTs were good but they were few and far between. Husband would wait more than an hour for nurse or RT to get help. My dear husband died at beginning of April and now the funeral home can’t get in contact with the doctor who pronounced him deceased to sign off on his death so the funeral home can’t release his body or complete death certificate. My family is continuing to be in turmoil. Security and the ladies working in the lobby were amazing but the important people did not care. I know when insurance companies are involved we often don’t have options of where our loved one goes. However, if you have an option, don’t believe the pictures or the promises. This is not a facility that believes in getting patients better. This is a facility that houses patients until they die.

My mother was recently a patient at Kindred Hospital. Doctors n staff members were great. Rooms bathrooms, Hallways , we’re clean n took good care of my moms needs. Staff members answer all of my questions n concerns . I definitely, recommend this Hospital for your love ones. 🙏🏽 Special thanks to the CNA’s who took their extra time taking care of my mom.

This place was not what I was expecting. They have professional caring staff that went above and beyond their job description to help me get back on my feet. Everyone in this facility from housekeeping, physical therapy, respiratory, nursing and administration gave me great care. They made me feel like I wasn't in a hospital but in a safe place like my home. The food was the best, not what you expect from a hospital. Overall thank you to all the wonderful staff that works here.

I was taken care of from the moment arriving to the day of discharge (5/10). Anna the patient advocate assisted my family and i through every step of the way. Matrice and Bea got me eating again and got me feeling like normal again. Taila and Infinie from P.T and O.T worked on getting stronger each day to where i can walk on a walk in a walker with minimal assistance. With the help of Gil and Paula i was taken off the trach and ventilator within a month of arriving. The nurses always took care of my needs and are very professional and kind.

The nurses and staff really care. My daughter has been a patient here three months. You can't ask for a more loving caring staff.

I had the pleasure of attending Kindred Hospital Paramount's Acute Rehabilitation Unit's Open House recently, and I must say the level of customer service provided by Ronald was great! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, including Janet and Nikki, who were all attentive to my needs. The spotless facility, ample parking, and delicious food created an experience that truly stands out. My heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking top-notch care and an all-around exceptional experience.

Everyone at kindred is very nice and I am thankful for them. The PT, OT and ST. Wound care was excellent and nursing too. The food was just like any other hospital. The room was kept clean and they always made an effort to keep it that way. Special thanks to Ana, Debra, Chris, Taila , Oliver, Pam, infiny, Richard, Ron and others.

Sam in Quality, Ana case manager, Daniel in Nursing and, Liz and Mary in reception, Ronald and Oscar in security, Chris in physical therapy were very helpful and patient with me.

The hospital has been tremendous. The quality of my brothers care is outstanding. The wound care team was phenomenal. Todd from PT was patient and kind. Jamie gio and Ann were nurses who showed compassion and care that helped with the healing.

I'm currently waiting for transportation to come and pick me up for my next level of care, as a patient in this hospital the staff is great. I've had a lot of nurses which is too many names to recall, my care was good, the therapy dept was hard work but I needed it, the respiratory department was great, thank you to all the staff at the hospital, I would highly recommend Kindred Paramount if you need good caring care.

My husband was a patient in this hospital for antibiotic therapy - our short stay got delayed a little bit longer than expected. I want to thank the following staff Brenda, Mary, Maria Arroyo, Chi, Ernie, Jung, Cindy,Ronald in security, Onita, Daniel, Maribel, and the whole therapy department & many other staff members just can’t remember. I would have given a 5 star but due to communication issues is why I said 4 stars.

Trying to discharge my father without notifying family members. I didn't even know which nursing home he was going to until another facility called to verify something. Very shady business practice

Patient advocate Onita was great. Daniel charge nurse was very helpful. The hospital is very clean, physical therapy always helps and take good care of elderly.

Ronald in security is really good. Liz from front desk is great.
